“My daughter started here at 9 months, and Pam looked after her. Like she was her own child, and that made me feel very at ease. She's now 2 years old. My daughter also has a strong bond with Pam and all the staff there. And you can tell they love her also. And it's genuine she loves this nursery. She looks forward to going there every day. She's made friends. The manager, Natasha Garrick, is very approachable with her welcoming manner it makes the experience all more rewarding. I see them as our extended family. The prices are reasonable, and they’re always willing to offer alternatives that fit our budget, which is such a relief. The whole team has a positive attitude, friendly and welcoming. Doctors are gentle and highly-qualified. Most recent experience was with Dr Poppy, who is amazing!! Alexandra, the receptionist, is especially polite and incredibly informative—she always takes the time to answer our questions in detail, and we never feel rushed during our visits. Our second cat is now under their care too, and I trust them completely with both of our pets. We use them frequently, and I hope their prices and high standard of care stay the same for years to come. Highly recommended!”
