Shannon is absolutely brilliant and is on top of everything, the hydropool is always hot when she is around which helps with my back problems, when she is on shift, she is on top of everything and you can count on things to be tip top shape. Never a dull moment.”

I've been going to Sandi for my waxing and threading for over three years. Honestly, I've had waxing and threading all over the UK but it's hard to top Sandi, if she has time, she'll even remove ingrown hairs. She's awesome and keeps my eyebrows looking perfect. Recently, I had a deep tissue massage with SouthBeach's new masseuse, Nez. Genuinely incredible, I felt so relaxed!! She even did reflexology on my feet! As long as I'm in London, I won't go anywhere else!”

“I was here to buy a backpack for a friend. The shop itself is not huge (as compared to those in the city centre which have two floors) but have a good stock of a variety of items (esp the children section) , at a cheaper price (due to duty free). There are quite a lot of items on sale as well. The staff are super friendly in helping me to get items that are stored too high to my height, and in storing that for me at the counter while I shop, without being too aggressive. The paying process is quick as well.”
