“Had a fantastic haircut by Jo a few weeks ago at Supercuts. Customer service was fantastic - walked straight in at 10am without having to wait and I was seen to straight away. The haircut I had was exactly what I wanted (I showed photos to Jo who knew exactly what to do straight away). Super clear communication throughout and I walked out extremely pleased. Awesome job, will definitely be coming back when my next haircut is due!”

I was a bit nervous and hesitant to start with but Farri put me at ease with her professional manner and explained everything in detail. The treatments I had were Botox to the forehead, microneedling to face and skin booster under eyes. The treatments were administered so professionally that I did not feel the pain and only after a couple of hours my face was glowing. After 5 days I can say that the treatments have been successful and I am very happy with the outcome.”

“I went in and on the off chance I had to wait for an appointment as it is generally booking only. Everything was to government guidelines so I felt extremely safe during this time. Everything that was used was sanitised and the staff wore masks and were working behind screens. I was treated by Maria who was an absolute professional and so smiley and welcoming. It’s was so nice when you need a pampering session. I had my nails done but couldn’t do a facial as I need to book this, therefore I will!! I love my nails as never had this treatment on my hands and I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t feel odd. “I go every few months to have treatments at this salon. I have spa pedicure, facials and full body massage. They are very good at all those. I have been using them for over 12 years as before they were in smaller premises. I am very pleased with the eyebrow threading and find the staff very accommodating to my needs. I was pleased to get my appointment and even though last minute they had spa room prepared , warm and inviting. They gave adequate time for me to change and get dressed afterwards. I really have a good experience every time I visit Elegance.”
