“Great experience compared to how it was a couple of years ago. The building was good and the staff welcoming. Huge thank you to Heather for being so knowledgeable and answering my questions with great recommendations.”
“The Cynet Pool is a good size and depth for the young, beginner swimmer. My grandson had a trial session today. He thoroughly enjoyed his lesson with Alfie, who was patient and progressive.”
“Lovely place and has miniature railway”
“I had such a great experience at Furniture Village thanks to Gouldi Souni. He really took the time to listen to what I needed in a couch - style, comfort, and budget - and guide me through options without any pressure. His knowledge about fabrics, durability and comfort levels was helpful which in the end, I was able to find the perfect couch that fits my home beautifully. The whole process felt easy and enjoyable, and that’s down to his friendly, professional and genuinely caring approach.”
“I stayed at Staines Premier inn over a weekend and the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. I was met with a lovely lady called Felicia who hosted the 2 mornings. She was welcoming and friendly and would go out of her way! Please say hello to her when you go in. A credit to the hotel. :)”
“A good sized store. Easier to get to than Greenford...for me. It has a section for model kits which surprized me. For the non craft loving kids, there are construction kits and science activities aswell”
“I stayed here for one night only. Imagine that the place is a hotel for 200 years, but the building was built in the 15th century!! The rooms are cosy , combining the old and modern. Quiet place only disturbed by the noise of the cars passing on the bridge built over the river that lays in front of the hotel. There is hat and cold breakfast included, which is quite unique. Will surely come back one day.”
“What a wonderful place to eat. The services was spectacular, the staff were super friendly but not overbearing like a lot of restaurants can be. our food was delicious and definitely worth the money we payed. everything was clean and tidy and overall just a good experience. we will definitely be back next time we are in the area”
“Worth a visit with the kids in the afternoon”
“I recently rented a property through Kings Lettings in Staines, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and very helpful in answering all my questions. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated as a first-time renter. The property was in great condition, and any minor issues were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Kings Lettings to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient letting agent in the Staines area!”
“I had my dog Bear washed and brushed and he throughly enjoyed himself. The ladies were fantastic and clearly love dogs. The service was excellent and very professional, as were the ladies. Fantastic experience.”
“Stayed here for 1 night, very lovely staff. I was serviced by Binod, very friendly man, great service he delivered while our stay here. The rooms were clean and well organised.”
“We decided to come here for our dog Candy to have a check up, as she had not been herself and we noticed her stomach was hard/ sticking out. The vet Paloma, decided candy needed to have blood tests as she was concerned about her stomach. Immediately the vet knew that Candy had pyometra and they had to operate as soon as possible as this was life threatening. She explained this to us and we were completely in shock and unaware that such infection existed. Candy’s previous owner did not get her spayed and we never knew there was a risk to this. We went ahead with the surgery and this was obviously a big shock and we were very upset, the ladies working here were very nice and reassured me Candy was in safe hands and offered me a hug. The surgery was successful and we took Candy home the same day and they provided her with a cone and medicine and advised us of aftercare for her. We went for a post op check up the next day and they were happy with how everything looked. Now yesterday we returned for the last check up and we were told that she looks great and they don’t need to see us again. We signed Candy up for the complete care plus health plan, as we really like this branch and the staff. Thank you for the excellent services, I will definitely be recommending this branch.”
“Great service by the team , who helped me chose and create a bracelet for a special wedding anniversary, really nice touch was the creativity with the engraving on the charms. Would highly recommend.”
“A lovely school with teachers who have a real passion for what they do.”

“Super impressed with the work done on my 18 year old BMW wheels. I would have believed them if they told me they replaced them all with a brand new set xD Proper 3 day process and powder coat finish so you know it’s going to last. Can’t recommend this lovely bunch of professionals enough, will be back for any future refurbs!”
“Brilliant park next to river. Enclosed area for little ones to play. When hot, the sprinkle area comes to play. Very big green area for you to picnic, put up a small gazebo, play family games etc. The toilets are clean even tho only 2 cubicles in ladies. But every time been they have been clean. Have a food hut. Very reasonable priced. The best is there long hot dogs for 4 pounds each. Overall a great free day to spend with the family. Can not recall parking prices but it was not expensive compared to other places”
“Excellent, tasty fresh food. Very fast also. Prices are good. It's a modern vibe - all self-service, it's like being in Tokyo! Hidden gem in Staines, not too many people have discovered it yet.”
“I stayed for a week at Wraysbury Hall because I was working in the area. Great place with views over the Thames, amazing gardens and facilities. Highly recommended.”
“Very chilling and there’s lots of duck and swans :)”
“From the moment I stepped into Indo Italian Fusion, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between modern chic and warm Italian charm — dim lighting, tasteful décor, and subtle music that lets the food speak for itself. But the real star? The food. Each dish is a masterclass in fusion done right — Italian soul with global flair. The truffle-infused gnocchi with a hint of lemongrass was unexpectedly brilliant, and the spicy arrabbiata ramen somehow manages to be comforting and bold. Whoever’s behind the menu clearly knows their craft — there’s creativity without pretension. Service was outstanding — attentive without hovering, genuinely passionate about the food, and more than happy to offer recommendations. The cocktails? Smooth, original, and balanced — I’d go back just for their basil-pineapple Negroni. Whether you’re a die-hard Italian food lover or someone looking to try something new, Indo Italian Fusion delivers on every front. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to tell everyone about — but also kind of keep as your little secret.”
“Stayed overnight for a morning flight to LA that got delayed. The room we stayed in was lovely. Fantastic shower. Comfortable bed. Really nice building. Breakfast was continental and served at a time of our choosing (within reason). Our flight was delayed by 2 hours which was no problem at all for our transfer to the airport. 100% will stay here again.”
“Love Iceland. Go here for the mild cheese and flora as don't like it anywhere else.”
“Good quality items for the price...and when they are on sale, can't be beaten on the price! Not the biggest Wilko stores, but, still manage to display items from all departments! Really friends staff, and the best click & collect service I've received! I keep going back almost every other day for something :D”
