“Nice, well taken care of room. Bed was comfortable but consisted of two single mattresses pushed together. Breakfast was good with continental buffet plus choice of English breakfast or omelette. Had a nice walk along the Thames river in the morning before my flight from Heathrow and pub across the street was good for dinner. Convenient bus service to Heathrow nearby.”

“I went into Boots recently and was very happy with the service I received. I went to Boots opticians as I broke my glasses whilst on holiday and needed to order some more. I didn't have an appt but they kindly squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I spoke to Nusrat and she was very helpful and I manged to order my glasses. Also while I was there Vicky checked my order to ensure it was correct. I really appreciated there help and I will soon have my new glasses. Thank you so much Nusrat & Vicky for all your help.”

“Very good and organised store. Got a great deal on a pair of running bottom I did not really need them. Put thier have been prefect especially now it was cold when I want to go out running. I would recommend Trespass sport to you. The shop offered has Iteams at very good price.”

“This is a great school after looking a quite a few in the area. The PTA is great and has raised a lot of money for the school. The school has had a bad OFSTED but this will improve the next time as lots has changed. Mr Grimwood and team are doing a great job with pupils at the school.”

“Lesley was welcoming and put me at ease straight away. The room she works from is relaxing with a view of the garden. Lesley explained what she was going to do at each stage and how it would work focusing on a positive outcome and removing the negative thoughts. I went to see lesley regarding cravings for sugar and eating it constantly. I have really noticed a change and am able to stop myself now when I have had a small amount as my brain is signalling I am full or eaten enough. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back if I need to.”

I can only say that the whole process went exactly to plan. I received an immediate acknowledgement followed by frequent updates regarding the delivery by DHL.
