“The room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.”

“I just had a great experience at The NorthFace Wembley outlet store. All staff took time to properly respond to my requests, in particular Garry the store manager/supervisor?? went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my son’s jacket despite of the store being so busy during this period. He had excellent problem people and problem solving skills- provided me with options and opportunities that I did not think of at the time. Highly recommend this branch to support you get that you need.”

“First time to Boxpark. We choose to have a curry bowl, 1 x Butter chicken and 1 x Desi curry. Both came in a large bowl with pilau rice and 'salad'. The salad could of been a little more generous but the curry and rice portion made up for that. Loads of chicken, sauce and rice. Tasted amazing. Will be back.”

Walking in, you’re immediately hit by retro flair: neon signs, Swing-era soundtrack, and even seating in a ’57 Chevy booth. It really feels like stepping into a classic diner, complete with paper-hat-wearing staff. Staff are generally friendly and courteous-servers standout, welcoming families with enthusiasm. However, the ordering system is hybrid: self-service kiosks paired with a fixed service charge, which some find off-putting. The menu spans burgers, wings, chicken & waffles, hot dogs, and hearty sides. Highlights include loaded potato skins, sticky BBQ wings, and indulgent milkshakes—especially Oreo shakes and vibrant strawberry lemonade. The Big Moe’s Platter and generous portion sizes. While the décor scores high on atmosphere, cleanliness is hit or miss—sticky tables, grime in booths, and overlooked table service have been flagged. Big Moe's Diner pricing is on the steeper side for a fast-casual experience; some feel it falls short of value. Big Moe’s offers a lively, kid-friendly, nostalgic trip with strong milkshakes, crowd‑pleasing starters, and fun décor. If you’re visiting for atmosphere—and ready to overlook the occasional service hiccup—it’s a solid pre-event or family stop. But for food perfection or premium service, it won’t satisfy everyone. Best to go in for the vibe, sweet drinks, and big portions—and temper expectations on kitchen reliability.”

All of the instructors (especially Kurt and Ash) are incredibly friendly, supportive, and motivating. “Great store with excellent variety of products at fair prices. There are things I get here I can't get anywhere else nearby. I see a few bad reviews, but I've never had a bad experience with the staff. It's a busy area and most merchants are under pressure, but personally, I'm always treated well here. I'm always satisfied, so I wanted to show love to a great local service that's very thoughtful about the products they provide to a really diverse neighbourhood.”

“I was here on business and overall my stay was very good. It is easy to find, although as I was in a vehicle I had to parkin the adjacent car park which, using the Hotels website's description, was a little confusing but maybe that was just me and next time it will be a whole lot easier. You ask for a ticket with a QR code and then when you go back to the car park to pay, in the morning, you scan the QR code and it reduces the price to £6, which, for London. I thought was a very good price. You enter at the rear of the hotel and slightly weirdly you enter a lobby, go to the lifts at the back and get the lift up to reception. At night you have to scan your room card to enter the lobby but not evening and when I came back there was somebody just sitting on the floor. The reception was great and booking in went smoothly. I went to my second floor room which overlooked the shopping square, which after 1700hrs was fairly quiet and caused no problems. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and exactly as you would expect, with only one slight negative... the toilet needed bleaching or a thorough clean, you could still bad discolouration. There is no loss of star rating as the room was still excellent. After a good sleep I went for breakfast which was adequate, no great complaints other than there is always a coffee machine but Travelodge allows only hot water to be dispensed, which is just a bit mean, considering I paid nearly £11 for it.”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”
