Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!! You couldn't ask for a better experience.”

“A lovely park. Just went for a walk, took time out while working from home. Only thing I would say the walking path is really narrow, I joined the entrance from the South Kenton station end. Nonetheless it was a dry day so walking on the grass was fine as it wasn't muddy.”

“I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”

“Gorgeous arena, lots of space, great sound, different stage variations. I was at Parkway Drive, and it was unbeatable. Lighting, pyrotechnics, and moving parts of the stage. Very cool. Better than in clubs and even than in open stadiums. Very easy to get in and out. The bar offers cider, beer, simple cocktails, and everything you need, all served quickly. I have only positive impressions and feelings after the concert.”

“We went to Ipanema restaurant on a Thursday and had such a nice dinner. We had a cocktail each which lasted us our whole meal (great portion for the price). We also had 2 starters which were extremely tasty and amazing value for money. The mains were also very tasty and very good value for money. “The room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.”
