“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. Its been a while since I needed a full physio appointment but I saw Jacqui regularly in the past and she really helped to give me a pathway out of daily pain to functional exercise.”

He received top training from experienced and professional instructors who love fencing and are wonderful teachers for the young students, in addition to the older students. They make fencing fun and exciting. Knightsbridge Fencing Club is dedicated and passionate about teaching fencing, we would highly recommend this club to any parent that is wondering about trying the sport.
