I believe we had a newer member of staff greet us and got the location of the room a little confused, but cheerful, helpful and friendly demeanor. Location is great. Easy to get to, close to some great pubs and restaurants. Easy onward travel to London.”

“All I can say is WOW! I took my male pomeranian to the pup shack today after only booking yesterday and Nadine was absolutely amazing!! Didn’t mind me waiting with my mums prized pom and the attention to detail and loving care she showed my boy was outstanding!!! The cut is amazing and my pom who is normally so scared of strangers took to her so well!! Finally found an amazing groomer local to both my home and Work whom I trust with my fur babies. “This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. “Garry take my puppy out for a walk once a week, and the pup has a blast. Every time Garry picks him up, the little critter doesn't even want to say goodbye. What is lovely is that Garry sends through videos of the puppy walking, playing and socialising with other dogs. When the pup comes home, he is happy and tired and almost immediately dozes off for a good nap. Garry is also very punctual flexible, which is lovely - thank you Garry for being the highlight of my pup's week!”

“I have a giant and mini schnauzer. Both of which have used wagtastic. My giant schnauzer Luna has been at wagtastics since a tiny pup. She is always happy to go to the groomers and as an owner it makes you feel at ease that your pup is in safe hands and loved and cared for during the experience. I mainly groom my mini schnauzer myself but get help and support from Lisa at wagtastics with his toenails and ears from time to time. Definitely give wagtastics a visit. Your pup will thank you for it”
