Mario was incredibly professional, patient, and gentle—he really took the time to calm him down and make him feel comfortable. You can tell he truly loves and cares about the animals he works with. The level of attention, knowledge, and genuine love for birds here is truly exceptional. My parrot came back settled and content, which speaks volumes about the way he was looked after. I will admit that she was way past her usual groom time and looked very much like a mop, but when I picked her up she looked amazing. I have already booked her in for her next groom. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”
