“The staff are not only knowledgeable about pet healthcare and safety, they are always happy and friendly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, even opening boxes, to make sure the crates were the right sizes for the dogs. The biggest recommendation to me was the fact my fussy dog, who dislikes strangers petting her allies the staff members little strokes!”

I went to another establishment, spent hundreds of pounds where I was treated like garbage but since becoming a regular again at Dave’s store, I feel like a valued customer. This gent goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s kind to all dogs entering the store (regardless of breed like the other one) and possesses a lot of knowledge about raw feeding for the newbies to it. Not only is Dave an oracle of knowledge but he’ll happily spend time to talk you through it. Again, personal service is rare but going to UpRaw in Northampton will be a completely different experience compared to other small businesses in Northampton. Choose UpRaw! You’ll be a lot less stressed as I am doing the weekly dog food run :-)”
