“Inara has been grooming our Border Terrier Teddy for the last 4 years & we cannot recommend her enough. Border Terrier’s need to be hand stripped and this is no easy task but the whole experience for Teddy and for us is always such a good one. Inara is so skilled at what she does. She looks after all the doggies as if they are her own pets and grooms to the highest of standards. Highly highly recommend ❤️”

“I have always found using this dog groomer to be a stress free and enjoyable experience. Kirsty is very friendly and booking an appointment to suit us both is easy. Despite the fact that our dog is probably not the easiest dog in the World to groom she always goes happily with Kirsty and comes out looking beautiful and smelling lovely. Kirsty sends a text when our dog is ready for collection so it all works perfectly - well done Kirsty.”

“Heidi visited The Dandy Hound for the first time, she’s an older dog approx 15 & recently came into my care. Heidi was offered an earlier appointment than arranged, I had in my initial call explained her circumstances and how keen I was for her to get an appointment! I was really impressed that they held her in mind and called back at the earliest opportunity (Same day). Heidi was very well taken care of by attentive staff. “Highly recommend The Uptown Dog for your dog grooming needs. Everyone is incredibly friendly and skilled and the salon is beautiful. Lucia has been grooming my senior Maltese Benny for a few months now and is absolutely amazing with him. She is so genuinely caring and loving with him, and really puts him at ease. Never before has he been so at ease going to the groomer. She does an incredible job, and I look forward to it every month!”

“We couldn't be happier with the service at Wild Bush today. From the moment we walked in, the team made Bella my dog feel completely at ease — no small feat, as she’s usually nervous about grooming. Big shout out for Kiera the groomer who took the time to listen to what I wanted, checked her coat carefully, and explained exactly what they’d be doing. Bella came out looking absolutely beautiful, smelling amazing and happy and relaxed. The salon/coffee shop itself is spotless, well-organised, and welcoming. I was very kindly offered a cup of coffee whilst waiting to collect Bella We will definitely be back for more Bella pampering and coffee for me.”

“I was taken into hospital suddenly and my baby girl Moo Moo was at home alone with no-one to feed her or give her water. The council; arranged for her to be taken to The Pussycat Hilton in Rainham. She has not been away from me in the 3 ½ years I have had her and she will be 4 in November. She is the most gorgeous, loving, cuddly but can be jittery around new people and jumpy cat but when she came back to me and having reviewed the website of the Hilton and seeing the pictures/videos they sent me of her I could tell she had been so well looked after, loved, cared for and shown love and affection and treated so well. When she was returned to me by them they gave me a cat bed and some toys (she has toys but not a bed as she tends to snuggle up on my pillow behind my head) but she has slept in the bed and she keeps coming to me for cuddles or strokes which before she did but not as much and I can tell she was so looked after. You couldnt ask for a better place to place your cat if ever needed. Highly recommended and cant thank them enough. They are amazing. Attached are photos of my baby at the hotel and back at home.”

I brought my dog here for his first groom, they offered wonderful advice on what was best for my dog and put both the dog and I at great ease. When I collected him, he was in great form and totally relaxed. The groomer came out to talk me through what he had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend Koatails to anyone. “We have two cockapoos and over the years have used loads of dog groomers (London based). Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough. “My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! My dog tends to be quite anxious and isn't the biggest fan of grooming sessions. “Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area!
