Not only do they manage prescriptions carefully but they are also there to help generally, provide vaccinations etc and be very accessible to answering questions; and they know who you are when you walk into their shop! I find dealing with them a pleasure; they are reassuringly proactive, supportive knowledgeable and kind.”

“Honestly, Mr Tailor would go out of his way as a Pharmacist, he is such a kind and wonderful man, anyone who knows him knows he would go out of his way to help you, unlike other Pharmacists who would typically shrug you off and ask you to go to the GP. He has been in the Stamford Hill area for almost 25 years and still has passion that usually wears off, especially after Covid and how under pressure the NHS is!! Despite it being busy in the back, he would still take time out of his day to assist you (he even comes out on his break) in what you need and that is dedication! If you're in the area and you have a problem, he is the one!! Despite being a Pharmacist he has earned the name "Dr Tailor" and I can see why, he takes care of Stamford Hill and if I'm being honest Stamford Hill isn't Stamford Hill without him! Thank you for being such a wonderful man! You have an amazing team and overall, I wish you the best ♥️”

“Des extracted a whole cotton bud tip from way inside my ear this morning, what a relief after 4 days of hardly being able to hear in my left ear. I called up yesterday to book an appointment and Des was very accommodating to fit me in today. The procedure was completely pain free despite the cotton bud being stuck way down inside my ear. Des is very friendly and polite and the consulting room is very clean too. The counter staff were excellent too. I would fully recommend Falconwood Pharmacy.”

“I took my father in law to Health Pharmacy for his vaccine earlier this month and was extremely happy with the service. We felt very safe as the vaccination area was on a separate floor to the main pharmacy and all social distancing guidelines had been followed to a T! The lady doing his vaccine was so lovely and really put him to ease. Will definitely be bringing him back for his second dose in a few months.”

While not a complaint, a warmer greeting and increased attentiveness could enhance the overall customer experience. Despite this minor observation, I would still recommend Bellagrove Pharmacy for its quality service and helpful staff.”
