“Wonderful team that worked throughout the pandemic to look after us. Always polite and go above and beyond - Yesterday my prescription was short of tablets yet they ordered them straight away for delivery today, I thought super efficient and helpful. Some negative reviews on here, I would question some customers rather than staff - I always go in, smile (behind my mask) and say hello. The staff are doing a difficult job in a challenging time - I've witnessed customers pack into the shop, not social distance, be unrealistically demanding during a pandemic, then complain (seriously, who complains about passport photos in a pandemic?!). Try walking a day in the employee's shoes, I think they do brilliantly.”

“After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx”
