“3 years old boiler was off for 6 months and it would not turn on anymore. At the first visit the engineer after a few tests understood the pump was jammed. We agreed I was going to buy a new one and he was going to fit it when I got the new piece. A few days later the engineer was back at my place to fit it and the boiler has been working properly since. The engineer was flexible with the hours (he came at 8pm the first time and left at 9:30pm), he was honest and most of all the price was fair. I would definitely reccomend him.”

I needed a boiler replacement plus other plumbing works and due to covid travel restrictions i was unable to be in the property therefore all the work had to be done remotely. “BeFix did a great Job our new boiler keep loosing pressure, I booked BeFix and they came with the equipment to detect the leak and fix it. They took a couple hours by tracing gas into the pipeline and then with the device they had they discovered the leak and they got fixed so happy with the service and will use them again if needed and highly recommended.
