    The Ealing Pole Studio

“I just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly persistent in helping me and the other students master the moves. What stood out the most was how invested she was in our success not just in getting the moves right, but in teaching us the technique behind them. Her focus on building a solid understanding of each move made a huge difference in my progress. I’ve already been surprised by how much I’ve achieved in just four weeks. If you’re considering starting your pole dancing journey, I highly recommend this course. I’m excited to start the improvers class to see what else is possible!”

“Take a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didn’t have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and just love pole. I’m 50 and proud of what I’ve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced. It's a really great full body workout, so much fun & I would recommend to everyone! The instructors and students are so friendly, body positive and welcoming. Give it a try!”

“Just started my course at AYA and I’m so impressed with the teaching style and atmosphere. I was so scared to start something like this in a group but everyone was welcoming and the tutor took time to watch us individually and guide us. Venue wise, my sat nav took me to the road before Oakley but I quickly realised to follow it around, taking two right turns and that brings you to the front of the South Norwood venue.”

“I’ve been meaning to visit this studio for a while, but after a bad experience at another one near where I live, I held off. I usually take private lessons because the community in my area isn’t very welcoming or diverse (I don’t live in London). One day after work, I realised this studio is only about 15 minutes from my office in London so I decided to stop by for open pole. I’m so glad I did! I met Akila, who was absolutely the sweetest, and all the girls I met that night were so kind and amazing and inspiring and confident. The whole vibe was so positive and welcoming. The studio is pretty af and so is everyone in it! I’ll definitely try to come back for classes but if not, I’ll be here for open pole for sure!”

“Yana has been one the most compassionate and understanding trainers I have had. She always tailors her classes to her students and their level, if needed she will show a simpler and a harder version of a pole move so everyone can feel comfortable trying. She is patient and optimistic so you feel that you can progress with time and no pressure. The other trainer I have had is Xenia who has been just as professional. She is always encouraging and friendly. She helps you learn moves you have seen and always cheers on you when you try something new. Overall, Torus pole dance is a great place to spend your time after a stressful day. It helps you grow, learn and become more confident in yourself. It teaches you to trust your instincs and enjoy the process of learning new pole moves while becoming your best pole dancer self.”

“Such an incredible place to train pole dancing. The owner Veronica is an amazing instructor who puts her heart into teaching and making her students better and better each time. I had an incredible time when I was going there, I could see a great improvement in my strength and flexibility over only a couple of months. The atmosphere at the studio is super friendly, the instructors are lovely and helpful. The studio itself is well looked after, clean and spacious. There's always water and snacks available for students. I never experienced any problems when attending classes at Exotica Pole Dance and if I could, I'd spend all my time there. It's the best place to go to if you want to become a great pole dancer.”

“I have to that I love pole and Emily 's lessons/classes and workshops. I have been doing pole for over 4 years now and I still love and enjoy every minute of it because from the beginning Emily made me feel comfortable and at ease. Emilys' classes are a variety of moves, routines and styles that suit every level. She is an awesome Pole Instructor and believe me that after the first lesson, you will go back for for more as the atmosphere is great and you will be given clear instructions and motivation to master a move (nothing could beat the feeling when you master a move for the first time). After few weeks or months, you will see a definition in your body and feel stronger. Emily is a great Instructor who encourages you continually and motivates you with her sense of humour and will make your abs work twice as hard from laughter.”

“I’m really not sure why there is such negative comments here. The studio has moved to new premises and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, if I contact them via insta they reply really quickly and have been nothing but very helpful actually I would say going above and beyond at times so thank you to whoever is responding to me, I have cancelled classes via the app and have received refunds straight away and if I want to book full studio hire via email the team responding has been quick and very helpful (Shannon). The teachers are great here and the offer they have on is amazing, such a great variety of classes to choose from. I really like to hire the small studio which is great if you want some private time but even pole hire is cheap and you get longer than other places. I really like this place! Rock up wearing what you like and no one bats an eyelid, sling on your best stripper shoes if you feel in the mood and teaching that is explained and taught in a way that you understand. Oh and I will add they have a very good floor which is important for all that sliding and rolling around.”
