She explained what the cut would look like in view of my hair type and what I would need to do to maintain it e.g. how to control fly away hair and how to style it with a brush and hairdryer. I booked an hour before by phone, so was nervous as I've never been here before but she put me at ease, as did the others on reception. A fabulous place, I will definitely be returning. We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.”

When we had gone to another vet clinic privately, the vet had no idea what was causing my dog’s coughing and sent us for a £1,300 heart scan that we couldn’t afford to ‘investigate further’, with no other options offered. Here, at PDSA, the vet was very knowledgeable and told us that the dog has a healthy heart, just needed worming treatment. For £10, my dog’s coughing and choking is already gone after less than a week! I’m incredibly happy and so grateful!”
