The process was seamless and as soon as explained over emails the team, Saffron were able to help book in and get the whole thing diagnosed, report filed in with insurance and get the car back on the road. Danny is always accommodating, friendly & helpful , Colin the main mechanic there is a very competent technician and the rest of the staff are always great to deal with . The work they do for me is always carried out to a high standard. I’ve never had a problem with the workmanship or the prices that they charge . I’d Recommend them without hesitation. They just carried out an MOT and service for me yesterday on a VW while I walked to the local Cafe and had breakfast, on my return the car was all done. .”
