My car broke down on Monday afternoon and Purley Garage not only set me up with a speedy recovery (I was stranded with my toddler - shout out to Road Home recovery), but also fixed the clutch and rear shock absorbers the next day. I'd called several garages in a panic, but they couldn't help with recovery and had all got 2 week waiting lists and I really rely on my car. “I was sent unexpectedly to phlebotomy today and so rather than risk the queue at CUH I decided to go to Purley Hospital. I am so glad I did. I saw Wendy, the phlebotomist who was astonishingly fantastic. For only the second time in my life I could honestly say I didn't feel the needle going in. She was so well organised that it took mere moments for the three or four files of blood to be taken. People always struggle getting blood from me, A&E on Sunday were horrendous but Wendy was amazing. She could certainly teach them a thing or two. Please don't ever leave Wendy.”

“Send my daughter here and this is her second nursery. Very very happy with all the team here. My daughter’s key worker is amazing and genuinely makes us feel our daughter is properly cared for. We stayed for a little bit one afternoon for a Father’s Day stay and play and you could see the bond that they had made. It was heartwarming to see. If we had another baby we wouldn’t hesitate to send them here. Thank you to all the staff for all the amazing work you do!”

An emergency appendectomy later and I am on the road to recovery. Thanks Dr Samia.”

“Love the triage system I don’t often use the GP and had heard that the Anima was not so good - how wrong could I be, it was so quick and easy and I was given a GP appointment to be seen the same day within the hour . Reception team were so friendly and helpful and it was nice to see a smile at a worrying time. Highly recommend”
