There was plenty of parking, all of the staff were extremely helpful, there appeared to be plenty of stock available and although they didn't have what I was after the guy behind the desk rang another branch an found what I needed which was also nearer to the intended jobsite. “This is a great family run business, they always collect my car, do exactly what I ask. Having done the repair, service, tune up etc they always return the car to me on time. No surprises either, Lee always calls and lets me know what's going on with the car and tells me upfront what the costs will be. “I've been coming here since I moved to the area in September and there is nowhere else I use now for my lash lifts. I have very straight thick lashes and the ladies at strands are the first to be able to give me a lash lift that stays with me for at least 4 weeks without my lashes falling out. They are so warm and welcoming and I feel so comfortable in their salon. I had my first pedicure from them today and it was incredible, they took such care and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They are well priced and have never failed to give me a 10/10 treatment and service. Very happily recommend them to anybody”

“Been using this barbers since my eldest child was 1 and a half (now nearly 13) and was terrified due to terrible experience else were, went to gents and never looked back they where/are amazing with him, as well as my other son who is 10 but has been going there since day dot. both my boys refuse to go else where and in all the years have never ever had a bad experience. Excellent hair cuts, amazing friendly staff so welcoming my 10 year old also is a SEN child and they have been nothing but brilliant. I would and still do recommend them to absolutely everyone!”

He cleaned up the oil residue and even carried out a thorough check to ensure there wasn’t any leaks. Highly recommended to all and very trustworthy guy. “Very reliable luxury chauffeur company. All the drivers are absolutely very helpful and polite. Working with them since few years ago and we were never disappointed. They have all size cars (from 2pax cars to big family cars) and luxury automobile as well. They never decline your booking and divers allways come on time (even 15/20mins earlier than supposed). I would definately recomand them especially if you work in a hotel with vip guest and tend to do lots of bookings like I do. The owner even does vip jobs where he would personally meet and greet the guests at the airport or do their tax refund which is very handy. 5* people .. recomand them 100%”

“I visited Primark in Staines today with my friend for some shopping. While trying on a jacket, I accidentally left my bag on the rail and completely forgot about it as we moved to another section of the store. When I realised my bag was missing — with my phone, cards, and money inside — I completely panicked. I went back to the area where I had been, but the bag was gone. I asked a member of staff for help and was directed to Customer Services. That’s when a lovely lady named Tracey approached me and told me she had noticed my bag left unattended and quickly took it to keep it safe before anyone else could approach it. I can’t thank Tracey enough for her kindness and honesty. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my belongings were safe. I feel incredibly lucky that she was there — someone else could easily have taken my bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tracey. You are an amazing person and a great member of staff.
