“Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!”

It’s been a pleasure doing Umrah with Bilal and Mustafiz, the brothers went above and beyond what they could with a big group of people and allowed us to peacefully do our own umrah with the right guidance. We did have a missing luggage, which was stuck in Istanbul, I went twice to the airport to chase them but brother Bilal went the third time and found it. He didn’t need to do this but he went out of his way (with Harris) to do it anyway. Would definitely recommend going with Ihsaan tours, though the organisers were Eman Channel, they provided the logistics of everything. We was provided with 5 start hotels with amazing views in front of the mosques in Makkah and Madinah. How on earth did they manage that with the price we paid. Amazing! Anyone who hasn’t been Umrah before should definitely go with these brothers, they’ll respond to you ask quick as they can. Alhamdulillah faultless. “Me and my family went to Umrah with this agency earlier this year and it was a 5 star experience. The trip was smooth and very well organised and we had no issues. “I booked with Ocean Florida back in 2023 - for an October 2024 trip - we got back a few days ago. Got to say - was not expecting them to be this good. I've used Virgin holidays before but for some reason - and it was mainly service I went with OF. From a payment plan to availability of tickets, add ons, communication, questions answered I felt was all there. I loved my holiday and grateful for the experience and just wanted to jump on and recognise this. We had amazing memories - and don't forget to check memory makers are included. Mine was and the pictures in Disney are superb and a brilliant add on. I also liked the additional vouchers and discounts. Didn't use them all but was a nice feature. The apartment at Bahama Bay was fine as a base, the flat above was really disruptive and noisy. Car hire was fine(ish) British Airways went to plan. Just some of the amazing memories due to this company. Velocicoaster was insane - -really fun”

Accommodation is clean and well maintained with plenty of room for the cats to move around and exercise. Would happily use them again and have recommended to friends and family.”

“My room was fine for a budget hotel. However, the staff was just excellent. They truly cared for my experience and did all they could to accomodate my needs. One day I left some food on my tablea. When they came to clean and saw the food, they brought in a fridge for me to use (without any request from my side). I was so surprised to come back to my room in the evening and find a fridge in it :D The hotel is close to Stratford station, which is very well communicated with all parts of London that I visited during my stay.”

“Had a nice, straight -forward stay here. The hotel is within a good distance to the station so that was handy for travel. It's one of the more reasonable offerings in the area but still to a good standard. The gentleman running the hotel is friendly and helpful and doing a great job. Everything is very clean and to be honest more so then many more expensive hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are a good size and had everything I needed for a days stay. I appreciate the microwave, you often don't get one but it's very handy for snacks after travelling.”

“I am due to fly out to Rhodes on the 15th of August. Obviously there is a great deal of uncertainty in flying out to Rhodes given the situation with the wild fires. I didn't contact Lee last week,because I knew that he would be busy with people flying out before me. Lee contacted me!!Lee was very reassuring. I know that there are a lot of negative reviews, but I really believe that Lee is trying to make his business the best that it can be. I hope that people will give him a chance to prove himself and his company!”

“If you are looking for a great, safe and secure hotel to stay in, then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel is the ONE to book for!! I myself have stayed in Newham Hotel for around or more than 12 nights, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. If I was financially stable, I would have happily stayed for a much longer term. My room was in great condition, service from cleaners are also good and they also provide breakfast in the mornings which is a bonus compared to many other hotels that do not. Receptionist - I have two of the best people, Pradeep and mainly Jaskirat (hope I for the names spelt correctly). They are always there when it comes to the guest needs, general conversations in showing careness, assisting or providing further service if needed, if and when possible. They both are excellent at their job role. But to me, Jaskirat is a excellent worker, not just as a receptionist, but also doing his absolute best in managing the hotel with professionalism. Keeping a high standard & a great reputation for the Hotel, as well as maintaining his work professionalism towards the guests in keeping them happy/satisfied in any positive assistance he provides. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotelseriously hope I get to visit this Hotel again soon. And when I do, I hope to see you BOTH! Thanks for the great service!!”

“WE use ATS Minibuses on a regular basis we are a large family of 10 persons 8 brothers & sisters ages between 24 through to 48 Ats often takes members of the family to the airports when we go on holidays or weekend breaks, they are always on time there vehicles whist they may-not be the newest but they are always very clean & tidy, the drivers are always dressed smartly & always have been very helpful when loading our personal luggage , this week we used one of there Double Decker bus to go to Colchester Zoo for my daughters 11th Birthday 68 children & 10 of the parents we had a lovely time the bus was on time & very clean in side, all in all ATS made our day out a very pleasant experience.”
