“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Authentic and truly delicious Indian food right here! The ambience is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are great — definitely try their cocktails. The special prawns and the different varieties of chicken tikka are a must-try; you’ll love them. They have loads of tasty curries and a good range of soft drinks too. We tried the mango lassi — it was superb! The kids really enjoyed the desserts, and the portion sizes for every dish were generous. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine Indian flavours and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!”

“Location was amazing for us, the view couldn't be better(1 bedroom apartment for 4 people). Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds all great. Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”

“Absolutely fantastic tour group which is family run. I was blessed with the opportunity to attend Hajj with these brothers in 2018 and it was an absolutely mesmerising experience, these brothers went above and beyond in ensuring the safety and comfort of the pilgrims. Alhamdulillah.”

They have such a professional approach and above all the cleaning done is done to a fantastically high standard with very freindly staff and management. “Ordered some food for take away, first time ordering from here and was recommended by my friend that the breakfast here was really good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, as I wasn't sure what to order and what I could get as take away. We got the pancakes nutella and toasty mediterranean. The food looked amazing and tasted great, would definitely recommend it. I also overheard another customer asking for their eggs to be changed to well done and the staff immediately redid their egg for them without a moments hesitation, thumbs up from me. The cafe was very comfortable and had a welcoming environment. I even noticed a corner with a doll house for children to keep themselves occupied if need be. Edit: went back again for the Turkish sandwich and ice vanilla latte, such a taste bud delight”

“Excellent spacious clean accommodation. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment - perfect for our young family and was huge. Would also work well for groups of friends.”

“Bruce’s is the best thing that happened for my pooch. As a single parent and a travel ridden job I was worried, post covid, about the experience I will give my young Lab, Loki. These guys are a part of Lokis extended family. Dog loving carers, plentiful of space for the pooches to engage meaningfully, care and safety taken care of on top of daily updates on pick up and drops. Loads of good luck guys , u guys are providing an awesome service Thanks Bedi”

“Rooms are almost perfect except the size. Smaller but cleverly designed. There is no wardrobe that you can hang many clothes, either you keep them in the baggage or bring an iron. The location is great, very close to almost everything. People are friendly, they try to do their best to solve any need.”

“I needed a room urgently late at night, and the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to assist. I got a room right away and even received an upgrade, which made the stay extra comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the team was so kind and welcoming — especially Vincent, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly felt safe and well taken care of here.”

“This hotel is in East London, so if you're not well acquainted with London, you could still stay here if you're open to using London Underground for travel (which would almost always be faster than Uber. I only used Uber except for going back to LHR & it was a mistake not to use the Tube, in retrospect) to central London. Since there are political/activist rallies on many Saturdays, you may not want to stay in central London (or at least, not for all your nights in London). I've had bad experiences on two separate occasions (traffic may get re-routed & you may have to walk for miles & miles). You might not wanna make the mistake of arriving at the hotel in an Uber from LHR if you have few bags, because a direct Tube line to/from LHR is a couple of minutes away from the hotel (Google Maps shows a 4 minute walk, but it's actually even less!). The hotel is right next to Westfield, one of the largest urban malls in Europe. Last week, I was upgraded to a 1 BR suite owing to my Explorist status (technically, Explorists are not eligible for suite upgrades, but Hyatt House only has suites, so a studio -> 1 BR suite upgrades is possible for Explorists. YMMV). The hotel staff is quite helpful. Carlos from the front-desk called me when my suite became ready for check-in. My bags were secutely held & transferred to my suite when it became available. The decor of the suite was quite good. Breakfast spread was better than I had imagined. Vegan croissants were also available. The hotel's guest-operated laundry facility is also quite good. As of now, you need not hassle yourself with getting coins just for laundry, because it's free for guests. Definitely the best Hyatt House property I've ever stayed at.”

“What a marvelous hostel! I had the best time here. It has a great atmosphere with a really friendly group of travelers, and the price is right! Just FYI, this is DEFINITELY a party hostel, and they go very hard here! If you are looking for a chill, relaxing vibe, you are going to want to keep looking. But if you’re looking for some great parties with even better people, Urbany is it!”

“The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Lovely rooms, a unique interior when it comes to the bathroom display. They also offer a storage room to place our bags in after our checkout until our departure time and there’s no charge! 10/10 would recommend.”

“We stayed here last weekend so we could attend the Rugby World Cup Final & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Hotel was easy to get to & parking was available on sight if you arrived early enough. The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There is a Costa, a bar and a really nice restaurant. The staff were so helpful during check-in and all of the staff in the restaurants were beyond h delightful - they even managed to sit and feed 9 of us late at the night! Joffan looked after us so well! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. We all commented on how quiet the rooms were - will definitely be back for our next Twickenham visit!”

You should definitely consider staying in here in ealing if visiting London. It is a charming town with extremely easy access to the city.”

“I used to stay at Mayfair House...the difference is clear..the location is great because with the St johns wood high street going into town most times may not be necessary. If u have a vehicle the underground parking is also first class...to me its a 5 star apartment hotel!”

“I loved everything. The hotel is 5 minutes from Pimlico underground station and a 10-minute walk from Victoria station. Very clean, it feels more like staying with family than in a hotel. I love the very British lounge. We sat down for breakfast, which was kindly offered to us. Excellent concierge service, super friendly and helpful. We'll be back again at the end of October. “I had a great stay at the Premier Inn Hub in Farringdon. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Farringdon Station and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well-designed for a city stay. The room was compact (as expected), but incredibly efficient, with everything I needed: a comfortable bed, smart controls for lighting and temperature, and good soundproofing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay again — perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, affordable, and central London base.”

“This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.”

“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“One of the best Hamptons I’ve stayed in. Our king room had a small desk and a proper shower with a door (it’s rare you see doors nowadays). Gary at the front desk and his team were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was spotless. Our week long stay was very comfortable!”
