The team has really provided me with the best of the best,from the first conversation to collecting the keys of my flat. They have always been able to be a great middle man between me and the landlord when negotiating the rent and the contract in general. I am very please with their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property in London. “My daughter has been attending little cubs for over 6 months and she loves it. She seems very happy and I’m really pleased with how much effort the staff clearly put into activities and keeping the classes entertained! They offer opportunities for parents and grandparents to visit and read books which I have really enjoyed as I get to meet the whole class! They do evening online classes for parents to learn about sleep and food from specialists. My daughter seems to love the food and eats all sorts of things she doesn’t try at home so I’m pleased she is getting that variety. The staff spend a good amount of time with you at the end of the day letting you know all about your child’s day which I really appreciate. Overall just a fantastic experience.”

“Two brilliant children all the way through from Reception & Infants at the adjoining Infants school to Yrs 3, 4, 5 & 6 at this excellent school, first now thriving at secondary. So good in fact, I volunteered as a Parent Governor 5 or more years ago to support it's great efforts in the community, and it's gone from strength to strength. Don't believe Ofsted, this is an OUTSTANDING school and no mistake. Don't believe me? Go in for a visit yourself.”

“I couldn't imagine a better place for my son and I am so grateful to Joanna and her team of wonderful, kind carers. My son joined Rainbow House at 11 months old at a time when he only wanted to be with his mum and dad. We did a gradual settling in and thanks to JoJos's patience and through various engaging activities and a lot of one to one time they built trust and a great relationship with him. My son loves going to Rainbow House and talks about Jojo and his friends constantly! They do perform miracles - he eats his lunch even on days when he eats nothing at home. At nap time he goes to sleep on his own (since his first full day) even though he has never done this at home once! After two months his vocabulary exploded with words and phrases. They are constantly doing fun activities- playing in the garden, messy play, arts and crafts - each week has a different theme. I would highly recommend Rainbow House, they have exceeded all my expectations. It's a truly magical, happy place!”

“Excellent experience. From the first voice on reception everything was clearly explained and all instructions were made easy to follow. Digital informaton sent was again made easy to complete with simple, clear instruction were given. On arrival we had a warm welcome and were quickly put at ease. The nursing staff were again excellent and very professional. The whole procedure was carefully explained to me and the dentist was absolutely first class. Friendly, reassuring and very pleasant personality. Lastly, the after care service was excellent. Clear instructions on aftercare at home were given with clear advice on pain management if needed. “Tucked away behind the highstreet, it's easy to miss if you don't know its location. That said, the facilities once you enter the building are very good, catering for all preschool children needs, with adequate staff onsite vs. Number of children ratio. Small secure outside play area on dry days. Pushchair undercover parking area and limited parking for parents that can get congested at times. Overall I well equipped nursery and attentive staff.”

“I went yesterday to get an Animal Health Certificate for taking my dog to Belgium. The staff were very friendly and most helpful with my concern about my dog’s condition. As was the veterinarian. It’s a great pity that I will no longer use their wonderful service. Suffice to say that I would highly recommend them for your pet’s needs. This visit left me with a very positive experience.”

“If you want your child nurtured, looked after, encouraged to grow and learn in a safe and secure environment, Kintore Way is all of this and much, much more. Having had 3 children attend, over a total period of 12 years, we could not be happier with the care they have all received alongside the invaluable support and advice that we as parents have received over the years from all of the staff, from nappy training to food fussiness, their advice is always well informed and offered both freely and kindly. In terms of continuity, we are amazed that many of the staff caring for our 2 year old daughter today, are the same staff who looked after our (almost) 13 year old son from the age of 7 months in the baby unit (now closed). This is a clear indication, in an industry renowned for a high turnover of staff, that this is good place to work, that staff enjoy caring for the children, take immense pride in the huge roles that they play in the children’s development and also that management understand the value of this team, that they support and encourage them. This comes across in the welcoming friendly atmosphere that is always present at Kintore Way. The facilities are secure, spotlessly clean and well maintained, the garden area is always used to its full potential, the children have a wide choice of activities to undertake both indoors and outdoors and are encouraged to do so. Any achievements , however big or small, are praised and always recognised. My daughter loves it as much today as her brothers did 13 years and 7 years ago, it’s part of our family story, even I attended nearly 4 decades ago! I could go on……. but in summary, if you are looking for an amazing nursery, with the most caring, loving, encouraging and professional staff, who take pride in their role nurturing and preparing your child for the next step of their journey into education, primary school, you’ve found it.”
