“Swim every week with my son & have a second fun trip to the leisure pool too when I've time. There's a sauna next to the main (competition) pool. Plenty of showers - cubicle & open. Clean changing rooms. Entry is very reasonable. You need a returnable £1 coin for lockers. Nice cafe.”

“There are three chicken shops on this street, plus kfc. I didn't go into Selekt as it was busy (but with kids, so no indication of quality), I went into Dixy and got 3 wings for 1.50. Not bad. Then I stopped past here and got 2 for a pound. They were superior in size and less oily, so a winner for me. They almost seemed like drummies”

“This store is always on point with everything from food to delivery time to customer service. Easily the best pizza place in the area. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for here, food is always fresh and hot and the toppings always taste fresh regardless of which ones you pick. “It gets very busy, but they got us a table straight away. Waiter was very nice, even made a few jokes and us as Spanish as we are do appreciate good service with a bit of humor. We’ve come quite a few times already, since me and my now husband discovered it on our first date. Food keeps surprising us! Delicious. Roasted duck, dumplings and noodles all were absolutely amazing. My family mentioned that they’ve never tried anything like it before. So that’s saying something. Thank you”

“This café is such a treat to have in our local park. Great food, brilliant value for money and the service is good, unlike what other *bitter* reviewers might have you believe. The pizzas are a stand-out, and it's the best value oat latte you will find in Walthamstow. The staff are friendly, and do a great job at serving everyone, even in spite of the out of control children throwing their sausage roll on the floor while their parent is on their phone. I also appreciated that they followed hygiene protocols carefully. Only small downside was that parking can be a bit tricky around the area during busy hours, but that’s not something the branch can really control.
