The atmosphere is calm and cozy, with soft lighting and comfy seating — perfect for reading, working, or catching up with friends. The coffee is rich and smooth, especially the cappuccino and flat white. You can tell they care about quality, and the baristas usually get it just right. I also like their pastries and paninis — fresh, warm, and tasty without being too expensive. Service is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Some locations can get crowded, especially around lunchtime, but there’s usually space if you're patient. Overall: A great spot to relax with a well-made coffee and a bite to eat. “Headed here after visiting the waterpark on the lake at Lakeside. Beautiful looking restaurant & lovely, helpful staff. Nice food options!! I do not agree with the service charge however £11 for us! Although the staff were superb I think £11 is steep. I do however recommend the place. I do hope the staff actually get the £11 and not the fat cats at the top.”

They are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we feel welcome. Their genuine interactions with my kids add an extra layer of joy to our visits. It’s heartwarming to see how they engage with them, making them feel special and included. The food is consistently delicious, with a variety of options that cater to everyone’s tastes. “I have been going here since I worked in the area and the food and cafe are some of the best I have ever had. You can get everything here. Breakfast is the best. They do pretty much anything you want. It is clean, the staff are the best people and they work so hard to provide the best customer service. I would seriously suggest that if you work in the area you should give these guys a call even if you can’t sit down. Just order for collection. They are quick and their food is so good.
