“Visited today as was at the BTCC at Brands Hatch and was in the process of looking to buy a new helmet. Was served by Colin, who provided an excellent service and had extensive knowledge of the different helmets and what they offer. He was happy to let me try them on to get a feel for sizing and fit. Nothing was too much trouble and he even went as far as to get all the different visor tints out to show me! Very happy customer and will definitely be returning in the future. “This is a really great hostel, especially if you need access to Kings Cross. It was literally a three or four minute walk from there. I booked an all female dorm room and I was the only one there. Everything was great. There was a heater as well and a nice view across the street. Only issue is the shower in the bathroom kind of flooded a bit and it’s pretty cramped. But besides that I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and appreciated their cute little café and pizzeria. The lobby is a little bit condensed, but that’s to be expected and a busy high demand area.”

“Here is the English translation: I came from Taiwan and stayed at a 2-person room on the 5th floor for 13 days at the end of November. At first, I saw many mixed reviews, but after staying here, I truly felt the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and I had no bad experiences. There was no curtain beside the bed, but there were four outlets in the room, which was more than enough. The food sold on the first floor was affordable and tasty, and it’s also a good choice if you want to have a drink. If you need hot water, you can ask for it at the bar. The self-service breakfast costs £9.5 and is enough to make you full. The bathrooms and toilets were clean too, although some locks were broken, but it didn’t affect usage. The heating starts at 8 p.m. and lasts until the morning; sometimes it starts earlier or ends earlier. I am still staying here now, and I highly recommend this place to travelers who come to London and don’t have very high requirements for accommodation.”

“Gotta set the bad reviews straight! I stayed in a 14 bed female dorm and it was great! Loved how the female section was separated from the rest of the hostel with a pin code. There were great lockers in the rooms, bathrooms were good (just found one toilet that didn't always flush, but everything else was great and clean), didn't hear any noise at all from the downstairs bar (that might depend on the room idk), bed was comfy and cozy with the little curtain that covers most of the bed. There's a little light and a plug/usb port above each bed! Staff were great too!”
