“We are a small family with 2 small children and sold our 2 bed flat through the estate agents Hunters in Carshalton. I had some bad experience previously with a few property agents where they didnt provide any personal experience and didnt work with us to achieve our goals . With Hunters it was the complete opposite. Fleur came to do the valuation and straightaway we knew she was the one we wanted to handle our sale. Once hired, Ceejay dealt with the viewings and day to day communication. Both Ceejay and Fleur were extremely helpful, proactive and gave us that personal touch which we needed. We had a few issues in the process as were also buying a house and were in a chain. But Hunters always were on our side supporting us in critical decisions, suggesting the next steps and chasing the other agents and solictors. They made the process smooth and easy for us by taking away the hassle and making sure the right outcomes were achieved at every stage.
