“I came in one night last week while in London on a business trip. The team working was very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. I sat down to enjoy a lovely vintage H. Upman and had a great chat with some of the fellows inside. Since it was close to closing time, and the shop wasn’t that busy, Sam was able to (and did) dedicate time to my relatively ‘newbie’ questions. Never did he make me feel uncomfortable for asking what might have been beginner questions. I planned on hitting a different shop/lounge the next day, but decided to come back to C.Gars again. I’m thrilled that I did. I picked up a bunch of fantastic cigars, but more than that, had a fantastic time meeting some of the regulars, and even Mitchell! Chatting with Sam, Mitchell and the other guys in the shop was an incredible experience. This is what people mean when they say cigars brings people together. Mitchell was an absolute gentleman and I tried to soak up every word he said! I can’t wait to come back to London where I’ll be exclusively shopping and smoking here. Thanks for the cigars, knowledge, great conversations and the wonderful drink that was shared by us all!”

“The approach is fantastic as it aligns with the principles of many other art forms that I've experienced (piano, martial art, etc), that is, the teaching of mindfulness to achieve mind-body engagement while maintaining relaxation and effortlessness. I appreciate that the instructors don't rush into sequences and steps, but rather put emphasis on the fundamental connection within oneself and their partner. As a result, if you're want 'instant noodle' approach, this might not be for you, but if you want to dance without choreography and make tango a part of you, this school is a good place to start.”

“Been pierced and tattooed here. I’ve had tattoos done by Eric and Daniel, both were really knowledgeable and creative. The tattoos all healed really well and came out looking amazing. I’ve also had multiple piercings done by Milena. She is very professional, good at keeping people relaxed and the piercings were done really well. The whole shop has a really nice vibe, clean and I would highly recommend.”

“We availed of their Bottomless Brunch deal and it was simply marvellous! Food is of the utmost highest quality and not entirely what you’d expect when people say buffet. Their sashimi were very fresh and all their portions were huge! The waiters even gave us free cannolis with Nutella inside, on the house! I recommend Mio Casa for anyone who desires amazing food while feeling right at "Casa".”

“Sophisticated fine dining venue that works beautifully for special occasions, even with larger groups. The tasting menu cleverly weaves Asian aromatics into Italian foundations. Cocktails and tea service bookend the meal nicely. The smoked focaccia and strawberry-sauced raw fish were our evening's highlights - creative and expertly executed. The pasta course was excellent, though the grilled quail felt somewhat predictable for this calibre of menu. One of the starters being another fried item seemed like a missed opportunity for more variety. For the price point, it delivers solid value and a memorable experience. Staff are exceptional - knowledgeable about every dish and genuinely passionate. Arrive early and you might snag counter seats with kitchen views, which adds to the experience.”

“From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner who was bubbly. I’d been feeling a little anxious beforehand (despite having followed them on Instagram since 2018), but when I explained my concerns to Miah (who did my facial), she listened without any judgement and immediately made me feel at ease by explaining what would be best suited for my skin and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Miah worked through a double cleanse, dermaplaning, steam, vacuum, extractions, and an LED mask — basically, a glow-up. She talked me through everything step by step, which was super helpful, but also gave me the space to fully relax and switch off, which I appreciated. Somehow, she managed to be both informative and calming whilst delivering a service with care & gentle hands — honestly, I think she might secretly be a magician. I left feeling refreshed, comfortable, and really happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves (and their skin)!”
