Adam gave me one of the cleanest, sharpest cuts I’ve ever had, you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Precise, professional, and chill. And big shoutout to SAM for the amazing hospitality! HE kept the good drinks flowing with some top-shelf cocktails and was incredibly generous with the whiskey, kept it going and made the whole experience feel more like a high-end lounge than just a barbershop. “Le Bon Cafe, a popular spot for breakfast is an unsuspecting Moroccan restaurant which I have been meaning try. Finally went in but didn't try the Moroccan dishes as planned but will revisit again another time. To be fair, the Moroccan menu had a good range of the usual suspects like the tangine, pancakes and briwat. It seems the breakfast is more popular possibly because it is cheaper than the Moroccan dishes. I had the American pancakes with salmon and scrambled egg which was how it should be. It was served stacked which was quite different and the pancakes were thick and soft unlike the supermarket ones which you can buy. Will return for the Moroccan dishes so I can compare it to the ones at Shepherds bush which are a third cheaper.”

“I have just visited this hairdresser/beauty salon. As always my hair looks fantastic, having had a cut colour and blow dry. My nails are perfect after having a manicure and shellac polish. I always come out feeling very relaxed and positive. All of the staff are very attentive and friendly, always happy to chat and listen.Plenty of refreshments offered along with up to date quality magazines. Very clean environment including the wash room. Everything one could ask of a salon. Would never go anywhere else now I have found this little gem.”

“Lovely spot for a Sunday Roast. Took the Misses and some mates here a few weeks ago and the grub was very good and very reasonably priced too. One of the best roast spuds I've had in a pub. Guinness was up there with some of the better pints I've had. Not a massive fan of the inside of the pub, bit like a sports club I prefer more of a dirty old mans boozer, but it has a cracking beer garden for the sunny days. I'd return for a summers sesh on the ciders.”
