“Had a really good experience with Olsi after having my hair get increasingly blonde, damaged, and flat by another local salon when I was actually trying to go back towards my natural, slightly darker colour, so I decided to try here based upon their reviews. He took time to talk me through the highlights I wanted, using a colour chart and ensuring I understood the result and agreed the approach, and didn't feel like part of a production-line high volume generic salon. The result is better than I hoped for and I will definitely be back as Olsi is a true professional and clearly understands not just the immediate outcome but how it will change over the coming weeks. “I went to this place before my shift finished to order some food and told the boy serving i would be back in 10-15min.It was quiet and The boy was serving on his own at the front (young boy, named Janes, sorry for misspelling). He was giving fast and friendly service and apparently also doing deliveroo orders! He had my food ready by the time i came back and he kept it warm on the side for me. Portioning was great! Nice detail to write “Enjoy” on the lid :)”

“I have been a customer at Beauty on the Outside for nearly 10 years, so there was no question of who I would choose to have 'prep' me for my wedding day. The team were amazing, closing the salon for an afternoon, giving me and my bridal party a private space to hang out together and have amazing treatments. They also worked with Libboards to have a food spread set out for us to sustain us for the afternoon - making it very fuss free for me. I am an indecisive person, especially when presented with nail colours (lifes hardest decision), add in that these are my wedding nails and I was stumped. Ilona listened to what I wanted and was able to suggest the perfect nail (which lasted several weeks post wedding as well). The salon is a relaxing environment and the team leave you feeling beautiful and positive about yourself. It was the perfect start to the wedding weekend and I couldn't reccomend the salon highly enough for any of your beauty needs.”

Was a little embarrassed about the state of my hair since having a baby but felt totally comfortable and at ease after the time was taken to discuss my new look. Couldn’t be happier with my hair now. Lovely shape, not too much off the length but lots of layers. Unlike some hairdressers that tell you it’s dead and needs to be short I left with a lovely look and fully trusted their expert opinion. “Vibes for real. Kai you are a Capital F Legend. My hair was in tatters aside my free forms and he gave my head a good fix. I couldn't not leave a review. That was the first haircut I had in 5/6 years. Aswell as Kai other staff where putting time and effort in to everyone's experience. My friend kept pushing me to get it cut here inparticular and I definitely understand why, as well as being great business and having skilled and clearly very well trained Barbers, they made me feel pampered today. I don't normally like getting regular haircuts, this place makes me want to change that stance. Bless Kai and Smokeys”

“I don't often write reviews but I had to share this. Had my hair cut by Anida a couple of weeks ago and she did a wonderful job with my curly hair. Showed her a few photos of what I like and she understood my wishes exactly. So pleased to have finally found a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair, would definitely be going back to her.”

“Very good quality food and drink. Quickly served. My husband had the chicken kiev with chips and salad whist i had the prawn salad. Both meals were perfect and hot. The kiev still contained the garlic butter, something i never seem able to do and the chips crispy. My salad looked like the photo on the menu barring one thing. The prawns had sauce on them and were not plain as shown. This turned it into one huge prawn cocktail which i didn't mind at all. With a £20 bill i consider this great value for money.”

“What a wonderful group Christmas meal we have just had. The food was generous and delicious. The printing of nameplates with food choice of each guest was genius. Festive decorations and crackers to pull made the atmosphere lovely and christmassy. Being able to pay with cash also helped for those without bank accounts!”
