My hairline was suffering and all other hairdressers kept trying to force weaves on my hair but Cynthia styled and treated my hair and it was an awesome finish!!! “Popped into Costa in Cheam around 1 PM on a Monday, thinking I’d enjoy a peaceful coffee break. Joke’s on me — the place was buzzing like it was Black Friday at a coffee convention. Every table was kidnapped by caffeine enthusiasts, so I surrendered to fate and ordered a cappuccino to-go. Now, here’s the plot twist: despite being a foreigner with "I’m clearly not from around here" vibes, the staff treated me like I was the Queen’s long-lost cousin. Super friendly, lightning-fast service, and a cappuccino so good it made me momentarily forget I was standing awkwardly next to a recycling bin. Five stars — would definitely brave the crowd again for that kind of hospitality (and caffeine)!”

“I drove past Love Crepe yesterday and decided to visit with my daughter today. Love Crepe was brilliant, lovely atmosphere, the food was great and the cost very reasonable. I had the brunch crepe and my daughter had the banana split crepe and they were great. I would strongly recommend. They cater for kids well and the customer service was excellent.”

“Worth the 4 year wait! Had a roast beef dinner here 9/11/25 and it was amazing. Plentiful and tasty, staff as always were very attentive. Walked out of there feeling very full and content! Highly recommend if you fancy a traditional roast! Don’t leave it so long next time! ;-)”

“If you didn’t believe the California pub could be a fantastic venue for a wedding think again! The pub, staff, owner and managers are absolutely first class! The venue was incredible and it made for the best wedding one could ask for! The lighting, cosy warmth of the venue and the accessibility and space was incredible. The owner Isabella is such an incredible gracious soul and seriously couldn’t have made it happen without her!!! She was so accommodating and resourceful and really provided everything we needed for the big day! The venue was well equipped, staff were great and they allowed us to bring in our own items to decorate the place in the way and style we wanted too! Without any force or resistance. From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank Isabella and everyone at the California enough! All the guests had a place to park their cars. The location was great and peaceful and the venue is perfect for a small intimate wedding. Would do it all over again and twice on a Sunday if we could thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“I have used Matt's services to book several trips and have always got amazing value, however, it is his customer service that really stands him out amongst the crowd. Earlier this year, I booked a family break to Dubai for May half term. When it became apparent that this wouldn't be able to go ahead without significant impact on "day-to-day" life (at the very least a requirement to quarantine on return or, at worst, a VERY expensive stay at a government hotel on return), Matt proactively contacted me to see what he could do to find different destination or date for the trip. When it became pretty much immediately clear that this wasn't financially viable, Matt found us al alternative break, in Europe, for August by which time things may be slight more "normal". Top choice, low prices, fantastic value for money and service that cant be beaten - what more could you possibly want in a travel agent?!?!”
