“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

Most of it had frazzled and I was wanting to leave with healthy by blond hair without losing loads of length from it. The results were outstanding, and they listened to everything I could want. My hair looks incredible and after one session with Demi i went to a rose gold colour (no bandage or anything) and healthy looking hair. I was mainly with Demi who did all the highlighting/dying of my hair and then Joanna who cut and helped with the toning. I came in with my 14 week son aswell and the entire time every member of staff made me/him feel welcome and not an inconvenience for being there. (Photos before with the orange/pink and then the after almost being blonde)”
