I’d been feeling a little anxious beforehand (despite having followed them on Instagram since 2018), but when I explained my concerns to Miah (who did my facial), she listened without any judgement and immediately made me feel at ease by explaining what would be best suited for my skin and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Miah worked through a double cleanse, dermaplaning, steam, vacuum, extractions, and an LED mask — basically, a glow-up.
