“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”

“I always have a relaxing time at Villiers. This is a cozy and laidback café, with a lot of different treats on offer that cater to a variety of diets. There are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. I was very appreciative that I could choose between a few flourless snacks. I’ve had the flapjack, the cheesecake, and the salted caramel brownie, all of which I enjoyed. Shoutout to the barista Anna, who always ensures that the gluten free goodies I get are handled safely so I can enjoy them without getting a reaction! The coffee is very good, and I can't complain when there's nice latte art. I don’t love that the latte is served in a glass instead of a mug, but that's more of a preference than a comment on the quality. It tastes great regardless! In short: very nice and recommend!”

“I went to this coffee shop few days ago, and ordered a cappuccino which was damn amazing. The latte art in that coffee was so good that I even took a picture of it. There was this guy named Parin who was a very good guy exceeding excellent hospitality to his customers. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit this coffee shop if you’re craving for fantastic coffee drinks.”

“After seeing this place was the best reviewed in the area I choose to come here fore a hair cut at 7.30pm on a Saturday and that they closed at 8pm. They still managed to fit me in, great cut. Remember guys they only accept Cash, on this occasion they accepted a bank transfer. Highly recommend, friendly team. Also open Sundays and shut on Monday.”

“Since I tasted their coffee, there is no other place I want to drink coffee from. The taste is absolutely AMAZING, and if you are looking to cut sugar down but you still want your coffee to be tasty, this is the place!! “I had the pleasure of visiting Burritos Watford recently. The mexican tottilla wrap were absolutely mouthwatering—the Chicken was juicy and packed with flavour, and the combination of toppings was perfect. It's definitely one of the best burritos I’ve had in a while! I also tried the mexican rice, which are something truly special. The way they’ve put it all together is unique and unlike anything I've had before. It's a must-try for anyone looking for something different and tasty! A big shoutout to udaya for her amazing customer service. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her friendly and helpful attitude. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated to making sure you have the best dining experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service! “Cafe Costa is one of the options to sit and drink coffee, while shopping in the Artia shopping center. Their coffee is delicious, the process of ordering and preparing the coffee is fast. If there is a free table by the window, you can seat and watch the shops Atria. There is free Wi-Fi for customers to use. The place is very pleasant to sit.”

“I had a very good stop at this Costa in the Harlequin. The café is clean, bright, and nicely laid out, with enough seating to actually sit down and relax, even when it’s a bit busy. The staff were friendly and efficient. My order was taken quickly and prepared just the way I asked. Service felt smooth and well organised, which is exactly what I want from a coffee stop in a shopping centre. The coffee was hot, consistent, and enjoyable, and there’s a good range of snacks and cakes to choose from if you want something extra. Overall, it was a simple but very pleasant visit — good coffee, good service, and a comfortable place to take a break while shopping. I’d happily come back.”

They were both very hardworking and delivered our drinks and food with a smile. We had a few requests and they attended to our every need. They made the coffees to perfection. They have made my day and hope to visit again soon.”

“Always been too lazy to head to this end of town, which is probably a mistake. Great coffee and nice, unobtrusive music in the background. No food for me but it looks like there were more than few options. Plenty of seating inside and outside. If you’ve no one to chat with then there’s all that vinyl to browse instead!”

“Had a paneer tikka Kathi roll, fries and a can of Limca for £8.90. Food was served within minutes, piping hot. Fries were really crispy and the portion was a good size for one. The paneer tikka roll was filling and tasted very delicious. Not too spicy. The kathi roll was a flaky paratha that crumbed a bit but tasted really buttery and crispy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We dined in and the lady at the counter brought our food to us. They clear and clean all tables as customers leave. They have veg and non veg options. Would eat here again.”

“Have been coming to cafe hero for some time now and always get the best coffee be it white American (hot milk) , flat white white or mocha served by the lovely Elena and her new members of team Callista who recently has been taking my order and has met all expectations. They are very welcoming, customer friendly and hospitable but above all they serve the best coffee which will not disappoint. Look forward in seeing you both again next week…. “I've been coming to this cafe with my family for at least 10 years. It's highly accessible via lifts for anyone with wheelchairs or pushchairs, I've never had an issue getting a table and the staff are friendly. After so many years coming they know us by sight! The food is simple, with lots of filling options for sandwiches/baguettes or other choices. Veggie options as well. The coffee is especially good, always piping hot. Can't fault it as a straightforward and inexpensive cafe that's that feels a little above the hustle and bustle of the shopping mall due to its elevated position.”
