The patience that he displayed was as though he was ‘talking to his own mother’ with such thoughtfulness respect for my feelings, and all the anxieties and worries that I had. He was not at all pushy given that it is his livelihood but left me with options and reassurance that he will be there when I decide what I want to do. Following two long appointments with detailed explanations, I also them received comprehensive emails detailing the possible options available. I am so grateful that I found Dr Ammar and have since recommended him to three other people who are also so happy and satisfied with the treatment they have received. “We came here for my friends 40th! We were placed in one of the cosy booths upstairs. Such a lovely quirky restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and served us straight away. Good was delicious especially the steak! Cooked to perfection! Prices really reasonable. We all had a great time and the live singer was a great touch too.”

“Absolute Brilliance of a food restaurant. Ive been going to Krunk for a few years and everytime i have Krunk it never disappoints. The price is cheap and the food is worth it. Staff is very nice and keeps you entertained whilst you wait for your food. The Environment of Krunk is very colourful and happy with graffiti and marvel references everywhere. Overall Krunk is a must visit and all the other reviews are just trying to bring Krunk down.”

“Went here last Thursday as heard they did a good quiz night. Had a burger and a couple of pints of Guinness zero; burger was top notch, proper gourmet stuff and we really enjoyed the quiz, we somehow won! Only downside was that it was a bit quiet, probably helped us win the quiz though. Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming.”

“This is an absolutely fabulous park in Norwood. There are beautiful open spaces to walk your dog and lovely paths under trees. There is a huge lake which is home to many birds and wildlife. Very relaxing part of London. Can’t recommend enough to spend some time walking here and it is surprisingly quiet.”

“I can’t say much on the atmosphere as we’ve only ordered takeaway. Food and service is always good. The delivery does take time to come BUT it’s always hot and super delicious when it does so no complaints, just worth being aware that it can take time but it’s totally worth it. Their food is impressive, I really enjoy it and so does my partner too. We love their samosa pops and I’m obsessed with their Mumbai Garlic curry - such a good amount of flavour and heat. “Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“The food and service here is always amazing. The food is so fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. We always get the lamb samosa, dosa, chilli paneer, methi lamb and poori/garlic naan. Our waiter is there is always so attentive and helpful.”

“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”
