“So, I've always had my car serviced a Kia Bromley, because I'm happy with the service they provide. I'm less happy with how much faff is involved in getting to and from Kia (I'm not that Local). This year I was visited by the friendly and professional Dave Hall, who collected my car and made my whole day stress free. (No really, everything else on the day went off the rails, but zero stress with the car service made the day survivable. I 1000% recommend the Dave Hall option!)”

“I phoned Beckenham dental centre on Sunday morning as I was in extreme pain from two teeth being extracted fom another dentist on the previous Wednesday. I was amazed I could be seen. The receptionist was very understanding, I had to wait a little but only about 15mins. I'm grateful I was seen at all. I think the dentist I saw was Dean, very pleasant and explained everything to me. He did an exam and took an xray of the extraction. He diagnosed dry sockets, washed them out and packed them, gave me the correct course of tablets. I'm an extremely nervous patient and loathe going to the Dentist, he completely put me at ease. I was even more flabbergasted at how reasonable the cost was, I was expecting to pay quite a lot and it was about a third of what I thought it would be. I would like to thank all the staff that dealt with me on Sunday 22nd June and would certainly recommend this Dental centre.”

“I’ve had a surgery at Sloane Hospital. What a great care I’ve received. I was operated by Dr Hanek- such a professional. When entering the hospital the receptionist was excellent . When in the hospital I was looked after Mary B, really lovely nurse who put me at ease and gave opportunities to ask questions. Another two nurses: Sisi and Eva were excellent. “Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. “I have always got my wax done with francy I think not only is the price great but also the experience she’s always friendly and welcoming and I feel very comfortable I think she has amazing skills for a wax it’s the most quickest person that does wax and I’ve done legs armpits above lip eye brows and full Brazilian down there every wax will always hurt obviously but at least with francy it’s a quick well done job definitely recommended coming here”

“I visited Baccarat last week for an overdue hair cut and as always managed to get an appointment at the last moment, you can always rely Baccarat to fit you in and meet your needs, which is very much appreciated as I know they are always busy and popular. As always I was welcomed by warm friendly staff with an happy and relaxed environment and seen to straight away, offered refreshments and taken care of by the staff. I had my hair cut by the fab Marco who is very professional and good at listening to what you want and meeting your needs which results in a great hair cut! I have also experienced haircut by other team members and can say I was very pleased with the results.
