I was greeted with a smile by one staff member, after browsing I was asked by another staff member if I needed help, there was a third staff member who was busy but smiling and laughing also. I purchased a pair of trainers with zero issues. I would definitely recommend a visit here if you're a sneaker freak.”

“Went here to by some Presents for my children for Christmas. It was busy as always, but more busy being Christmas is a few weeks away. I like the fact that they hire young adults, even though sometimes they are not always professional but never rude. You can ask their advice on what's the latest trainers etc. I got what I came in for, so I was satisfied.”

“Purchased an E-Bike from here, had to get it fixed due to an accident I had, delivered the bike and was advised it would take up to 3 weeks to have the part needed to be delivered. Got a call by the end of the second week and it had been fixed. Due to a busy schedule I was unable to pick up the bike for a couple of weeks, they did not rush me to collect the bike which...I don't know if it is worth mentioning but that was a real positive part of it for me. I then had to have the wheel sorted due to a punctured innertube. Brought it in and I was advised of how long it would take, It was completed in good time as advised. All the staff, especially the team in the bicycle department have been incredible. Jack and Sorin are so friendly and have so much knowledge. Cannot remember the head technicians name, I think it began with an M? Really really nice guy too. Service is on point and the staff are a credit to the company.”
