“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”

“Lucia and her team go above and beyond in getting to understand the children's needs at Bright Horizons. I am always bowled over by their intuitive interactions with the children as well as one another. I have often arrived at a random time and the children across all three rooms are calm and happy. I feel this is a true indication of how well looked after they all are.”

“Gerry @ Dog Knows Windsor is extremely dedicated to his work. He has done both play & train sessions and dog walking with our Griffon Bruxellois Archie from 13 weeks up until now (8 months). Archie loves his time with Gerry and the other dogs. He is extremely well socialised now and has no issues with other friendly dogs. Knowing that Archie is in the care of Gerry @ Dog Knows Windsor whilst we are at work is extremely comforting as we know he is well looked after and that he comes back exercised. Whilst prices are slightly more than competitors in the area, it's Gerry's dedication to the dogs that makes him instantly recommendable. He isn't just a dog walker, he's a carer and trainer too.”

“In all honesty, this is a fantastic nursery. My son really felt at home and his key workers: sukhi and saman, are amazing! He’s learnt so much from the staff there and they really do care about their children and are very nurturing. Their ethos and atmosphere is praise-worthy. It was my son’s last day today and I am so sad to say goodbye to this nursery. What made me even more emotional, was seeing the staffs sadness towards my son leaving. You can tell they have a family atmosphere in the school and children are made to feel at home. Thank you twinkle totz for all that you have done for my sons development. You will be missed.”

“We checked out quite a few nurseries in the area (some had spider webs to begin with!) and BH Bromley stood out by its professional and friendly team and how they look after the place that was renovated in recent years. It also comes with friendly hours that suit our busy day jobs. Nikki, Natasha and team have gone extra mile to accommodate our boy when we had to switch him to full time. They had his well-being at the centre of considerations. It was nice to see that staff (too many names to thank) from different rooms all work as one team supporting each other and they genuinely love spending time with children. Our boy finishes chef Nikki’s food every day! As parents we can get on with our day without worrying about our son. Everyone acts as the key person as they all knew how the day went for our boy when we picked him up. We just had a Mother’s Day tea. Being two daddies, it really felt no difference at all and that all parents are welcome and it was so lovely to chat to many.”

“What a fantastic holiday club, my kids absolutely loved it, the main thing is the staff are amazing really caring and thoughtful to every child. I asked the manager if I could watch a session and he couldn't have been more inviting, I was blown away with how organised everything was and every child had a smiles on their faces. I had no problem leaving all my 3 kids I have been to quite a few holiday clubs and this one is easily the best in the area. I strongly recommend funny feet if you need somewhere for the children, they will not only have a wonderful time with all the activities but also be in safe hand with the Incredible team behind Funny Feet.”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Marion looked after our year old cockapoo, Barty. We were a little worried as we’d never left him before, but after taking him to visit Marion prior to going away, we had no doubts that she would be great. During their six days together, Barty clearly had a great time. Marion gave video updates a couple of times a day via WhatsApp giving details of their walks. Marion wasn’t just walking him around the block - she loaded him into her car and took him to all kinds of places. He clearly had a great time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marion. She clearly loves her doggie clients and they will love her too.”

She is extremely professional, always on time and offers us flexibility even last min whenever she possibly can. Most of all she is kind, caring and loving to all the dogs and our dog absolutely adores her and often doesn’t want to leave her! I would never think of using anyone else to look after him.”
