“I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by Ellie. At first sight she looked young and slender without obvious muscle to give me a deep tissue massage. Yet she rigorously relieved the knots around my neck & shoulders. With good pressure, and occasional warmed oil. And didn't appear exhausted from it afterwards ! Relaxing air purifying & calming music enhanced the experience. The rooms here are also good sizes. If it's always this good, I'll be pleased to go back.”

Absolutely loved her blow dry. Rain was very good with her facial and Anna gave me very professional gel nails and pedicure. “I’ve been visiting this salon for years and never had a bad experience. Harry in particular does amazing gel manicures - they always last for 3-4 weeks without chipping or peeling. He’s also very patient and helpful when I can’t decide on which colour to go for! There’s a nice calm atmosphere in the salon and it’s very hygienic, with equipment cleaned in between each customer. I love it here and have no reason to go anywhere else! Edited to add photo of nails after 4.5 weeks, still no chips or peeling!”

I was her last client of the day and even though I could tell she was a little tired as it had been busy, she still put the effort into making me feel comfortable (well as comfortable as you can getting a wax!). “I went in and on the off chance I had to wait for an appointment as it is generally booking only. Everything was to government guidelines so I felt extremely safe during this time. Everything that was used was sanitised and the staff wore masks and were working behind screens. I was treated by Maria who was an absolute professional and so smiley and welcoming. It’s was so nice when you need a pampering session. I had my nails done but couldn’t do a facial as I need to book this, therefore I will!! I love my nails as never had this treatment on my hands and I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t feel odd. I would thoroughly recommend this salon for anyone wanting beauty treatments as I normally go elsewhere but I’ll be back for more now!”

She really listened to what I wanted and combined it with her own expertise to create a result even better than I’d imagined. “I bought some products as I wanted to improve the condition of my hair and also wanted to use more natural henna dye. I had previously used henna from Amazon but my hair just turned orange! Alex took the time to ask many questions about my hair and scalp to tailor the best products for my needs. The henna this time has given me a much more natural colour which I love. I haven’t used all products yet but my favourite is the hair mask. It was quite expensive but the results have been fantastic, reduced frizz and really nourished the condition of the hair. I really recommend the salon. I should note that all consultations were remote as I am based in Belfast but next time I am in london I will visit in person as the service and quality of products have been fantastic”

“I stumbled into MJ Medispa and Hair Salon last summer as I was desperate to have my hair cut and my usual hairdresser was fully booked. And I am so pleased that I did! Marianna has been doing my hair since July and I cannot recommend her enough. Please please go and see her if you can, she’s the best cutter, and hair highlighter I have ever met. Reminds me, must book to go and have my hair done!”

“Ariel did an excellent job with my hair. I suffer from psoriasis of the scalp and so require use of a coal tar shampoo. I brought my own and she so kindly used it to treat my scalp & wash my hair. She then did a deep conditioning treatment which three days later I can attest to its strengthening my hair. She trimmed my split ends and styled my hair beautifully. She truly knows how to take care of all kinds of hair. She is also kind . Great experience all around.”

“I came to Luv Natural on a recommendation by a friend after 7 years of always going to the same person. While they’re definitely at the expensive end, on par with more well known names like Morris Roots, I found the price to be worth it. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out, which was predominantly repairs. Staff were friendly, accommodating and understanding. I do wish it was cheaper, but for the fantastic job they did, and the confidence they have given back to me by fixing my lox, I think it was worth it and I am very grateful for their attention to detail; it didn’t feel like they were just locticians, they made me feel as though they cared about my hair and my journey. I’ve heard lots of good things about them, and they did not let me down. Also, I don’t know what shampoo they use, but I need it in my life, my hair has never felt so soft!!!”
