“What a find, beautiful food and brilliant service. We had two serving choices for each of us and it was the perfect meal size. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Simply brilliant food, amazing taste.”

“Had superb vegetarian focaccia (mozzarella, sun-dried tomato, aubergine, olives). Cooked to perfection, crispy outside, melty inside. Generous portion and very reasonable prices. They also sell authentic Italian products - pasta, oils, pasta sauces. Also delicious looking cakes, which I didn't try, as focaccia was substantial! Friendly, helpful staff.”

“Back again to this gem of a boozer in Beckenham. Great pint, great selection of different products to suit all tastes. It was busy when we went, but we got a table. Table was clean and we had all the menus and everything that we needed. Food was delicious, very warm and cosy comfort food. Atmosphere was cracking. We were served by the lovely Rachel, who I believe manages the pub. She was attentive, friendly and courteous throughout our visit. Overall, a thoroughly pleasant experience. We’ll be back again!”

“I pop in whenever I’m in Beckenham, usually just for a drink. My last visit was impromptu and decided to have something to eat. What I really like about this place it’s exactly how a pub should be. It’s clean, comfortable with a good selection of drinks. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel welcome. Proper pub food, done really well and exceptional value for money. Great to see a traditional pub still thriving. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone!”

“We visited Yammas Greek Restaurant on Monday 15/12/2025 to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was excellent – fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious and clearly made with care. The service was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel very well looked after, which made the celebration even more special. A perfect place for birthdays and special occasions. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a lovely evening!”

“Pizzeria San Vito is a great spot! The pizza is delicious with super fresh ingredients and a perfect crust. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Also the place is really clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality Italian food!”

“We've used AB Domestic Appliances a couple of times. They are extremely friendly and helpful, always do a good job and their prices are very reasonable. They are also very honest about whether an appliance is worth repairing or whether it would be better to replace it. Easy to recommend.”

“Lovely pub! Service was friendly and efficient. The pub was clean both inside and outside. There is a terrace at the back with some table and booths. The booths are equipped with heaters so you can enjoy them during all seasons. Food was nice and portions were sufficient for a group of 4. Toilets were clean. I would recommend this pub for any type of event. You can enjoy a pint with friends, or a party with colleagues. They also have live music sometimes so check the board at the entrance for information.”

“Needed to change beds so stopped by Hamseys as it's local. Served by Andy who was very pleasant and patiently showed us various options. He also has a sense of humour. We bought 3 beds and headboards, and the delivery came with free set-up. Having had such an excellent service in store we decided to replace existing headboards on other beds. Good prices on all items. The delivery guys were excellent also - they set up all the beds and headboards and took all wrappings away. These are not quite one month in place, so we hope the quality remains as good as the items look.”

“Today, Monday a fantastic experience. I took advantage of my day off to enjoy dinner without the chaotic stress of a Friday or Saturday night at Moon Lounge in Beckenham. In addition to enjoying a romantic atmosphere inside this restaurant, I also took advantage of a generous discount. Excellent staff and service, tidy and clean room and bathroom. Different and very well furnished environments based on the type of evening organised, I chose the restaurant room with a Japanese theme, fantastic. I tried many dishes on the menu (see photo) and the food was excellent, varied and tasty beyond my expectations. The two of us paid 100 pounds but with the food we ordered, 4 or even 5 people would have eaten. For people who like to eat well and without stress, I recommend this restaurant in the first few days of the week, I would go at the weekend just to drink and have some appetizers with friends. I advise.”

“Had a watch that needed fixing — took it to Timpson in Elmers End but they couldn’t repair it. Brought it to Vasconez Silver in Beckenham instead, and they sorted it out really quickly! The mother and daughter team were so friendly and professional. Honestly, the mother’s hands are blessed by the gods! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future watch or jewellery repairs. Highly recommend!”

“Staff are rare breed of genuinely kind hearted people... I Delivered a parcel here today and accidentally unloaded some big and heavy ones that were for a different address in the park. By the time I turned around two of the guys had the large, heavy parcels on their shoulders and were walking them up the hill to my van. They then gave me directions to the right place. Thank you!!!!!! I'm very much appreciative of your help! I cant comment on the coffee as I didn't have time to stop and get one but it smelled lovely in there! The decor was 10/10, as was the atmosphere!”
