“I have had my bambach chair for well over a decade. I purchased it from this company and have had it serviced by this company. I work in Dentistry and this chair has endured alot. I have had it reupholstered in a two tone colour. Regassed, new base and new wheels. The customer service has been exceptional especially recently from Felicia she went above and beyond in helping me. I would not work without my bambach and should this bambach expire I would buy another from this company. If you are considering buying one watch the YouTube videos, get one on free trial you will not regret the decision. If you have a back problem it will effect you being able to work this is a preventive tool. Highly recommend this company and I think it's really good value. I was expecting the base to be so much more expensive than it was, it came with free postage the next day.”

“Good value for money. The room had everything needed in a quiet location, although quite central. Not much interaction with the staff, but very friendly on arrival. Didn't stay in the town, main goal was to reach Stansted airport which took 45 min.”

For a small store there seems to be a lot on offer. The vibe is nice, Staff very friendly and helpful. Manager went out of her way to help me.”

“The store is in front of Bush Hill Park overground station. The area is quite calm, with enough parking spaces. Area wise, it's quiet small but you can find almost all the items in the store.”

“I just had my daughters 9th birthday party at Claires accessories. She said it was her best party she has ever had. They children played games, and had lots of fun. At the end they all got to choose their going home gift, which was anything in the store up to the amount of £15. Which was the cost of the party per child so well worth it. “Absolutely incredible service. Had a platinum ring that I needed resized up. Other "big name" brands were quoting ridiculous amounts, and lead times of 3-4 weeks. I went into G Mantella on Monday 6th November, showed them the ring. "No problem. We'll get this sorted within the week" at a great price, too. Called me today, 10/11/23, said it was ready. I went in to collect and the ring looks absolutely perfect. Very, very impressed with the speed, the quality and cost. The guys running this place are so friendly too. His kindness went down a treat with my family and I. Even when the till upstairs was not able to do what was needed, he escorted us downstairs and ensured we completed our transaction and gave us all of our paperwork with additional information. He is an amazing employee and we just want to say thank you once again for the amazing service!”

He went above and beyond, assisting me at self checkout and showing tremendous patience even when I left my items to go get something else that I'd forgotten to add. Came up with a brilliant solution to a trolley problem I was having and overall took great care of me as a customer. Tesco should be proud to have Valentino he's a real asset to this organisation whether it's recognised or not.”
