Both gentlemen are very nice and considerate. The son advised me to try on a slightly larger pair and after some testing he proved to be right. I was nervous because they said it was a difficult job, and would take quite some time. The team did the most phenomenal job! It looks beautifully neat and has been expertly done. It did take time but that was fully understandable considering the task. I was more than happy to wait and for it to be done properly, as opposed to them rushing and doing a sub par job. I thought, based off the work I have seen in reviews, it would be good but it completely exceeded my expectations. It also didn’t take as long as I expected (but it definitely took a while. To reiterate, that is much better than rushing and having a poor result). I will never take my shoes anywhere else to be fixed or altered. Totally worth the money. Thank you so, so much. The best thing is that that both Paul the owner and Mirela the supervisor take a lot of pride in what they do. Whenever there's an issue they always act and get it resolved very pomptly.
