“Love Pet Pals. When I had rare finches I could always get the food for them. My Dogs have raw food. I can always get Natures Menu raw tripe in the freezer. The bags are always in good condition. No freezer burn food and such a good selection. Pet pals always have such a range of complete food for dogs. Range of sizes and prices. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need no help then you can browse. If you think you need no help and are struggling help is immediately given. Such a nice shop.”

“I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.”

I would not hesitate to recommend them. My Shiz Zu, Boe has a number of health issues but the wonder that is Jenny always takes such care with her. And the lovely assistant who serves and takes booking is always delightful.”

We rang to cancel our regular delivery of dog food as we are moving away and asked for a recommendation for a similar high quality dog food that we might be able to find in Cambridge. Adam said to leave it with him. He rang back half an hour later and left us a message with the name of the independent pet shop that we should go to and what the name of the equivalent product was. He had not only looked up pet shops in our new neighbourhood but had rung and chatted to the owner on our behalf. 5 star review”

“I dog sat for a few weeks for a friend. They warned me she is not a fan of groomers. Colleen and her team dispelled that myth, and got to clean her ears from wax and hair, which other groomers could not as she fully resisted! No more mites! She is a much happier dog as a result and definitely a customer for her life. My friends are super happy! Thank you!”

Directed me to a reputable store and was polite and spent more time answering my questions then he had to. “Fantastic store and the staff go above and beyond- I’ve been using them for my cats food and litter since my family moved back to Dorking. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and genuinely love what they do. I took my cat In with me once to pick up food and he was fussed over constantly. I usually go in store but due to isolating this week I did an online order. Sadly however the delivery company does not meet the standards of the store and didn’t attempt to deliver it to my address when they said they had. After contacting the company via the website the admin staff very kindly arranged with the store without a prompt from me to personally deliver a new order to my door later that day. Not only this but Sophie let us know that if i needed anything else for my cat before we left isolation that we could contact them and it would be brought down by the staff no questions asked. Thank you to everyone at Pets Corner Dorking- my cat is very happy to have enough food and fresh litter thanks to your kindness.”

“I’ve been taking my rabbit to Scallywags for the past 7 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Recently I noticed something wrong with my rabbits eyes and breathing, so took him to the vet who assured me everything was fine. When I next visited scallywags, karen immediately noticed something wasn’t right and strongly advised me to take him back to the vet as soon as possible. Thanks to her keen observation and genuine care, I did just that and after a referral to a specialist, he was diagnosed with a tumour. I’m so grateful to Karen, her knowledge of rabbits is exceptional and her love for animals shines through. I truly can’t thank Karen and the team enough. Scallywags is a rare gem and I couldn’t recommend them enough.”
