“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. “Small Paw Adventures, run by Sam is just fantastic. Ozzy, my dog, has been going to Sam for day care since he was little, he’s now 2. He absolutely adores her and the time they have together. Last night he did his first sleepover in preparation for a holiday we have booked and Sam sent me messages and updated me. Sam is professional and kind, a winning combination when it comes to our fur babies. I trust her implicitly and feel total confidence to get on with my day, knowing he’s happy and safe! “Love Pet Pals. When I had rare finches I could always get the food for them. My Dogs have raw food. I can always get Natures Menu raw tripe in the freezer. The bags are always in good condition. No freezer burn food and such a good selection. Pet pals always have such a range of complete food for dogs. Range of sizes and prices. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need no help then you can browse. If you think you need no help and are struggling help is immediately given. Such a nice shop.”

“My 3 year old beagle has spent many a happy day with Sharon, and was always delighted to see her when she arrived to collect him, which is the best sign I can think of that he enjoyed his time with her. Sharon's garden is superb for dogs and very secure, which was a key thing for me. Hoffman also had several overnight stays with Sharon and always came home happy. Sharon was always very professional and she charges reasonable and fair rates for the services provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Sharon for dog care and will happily use Sharon's services again in the future when required.”

“I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.”

I would not hesitate to recommend them. My Shiz Zu, Boe has a number of health issues but the wonder that is Jenny always takes such care with her. And the lovely assistant who serves and takes booking is always delightful.”

We rang to cancel our regular delivery of dog food as we are moving away and asked for a recommendation for a similar high quality dog food that we might be able to find in Cambridge. Adam said to leave it with him. He rang back half an hour later and left us a message with the name of the independent pet shop that we should go to and what the name of the equivalent product was. He had not only looked up pet shops in our new neighbourhood but had rung and chatted to the owner on our behalf. 5 star review”
