It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“The day is going to end, and so is my trip. I enjoyed tea with a sandwich, and later, I had fruits and shortbread for dessert. I always have time and enjoy it, even if the sun is not out yet. “I was introduced to Pavilion by one of my friends. There was serious hype, so I had high, high expectations. I went for the lamb chops and spicy wings (they were the recommended choices). The spicy wings were incredible - super soft and succulent, packed with flavour and a hint of lemon. The garlic mayo sauce complimented them superbly. I could easily devour 21 in one sitting. As for the lamb chops - they were sumptuous. The seasoning was great and it was cooked very well - the meat was juicy and it was easy to chew. It came with a salad and some fries, which was very tasty. I’ve been to this spot over 5 times now, so it’s fair to say there’s good consistency here. I’ve eaten in at every occasion, so that’s my recommendation for freshly cooked food. The staff are super nice and thoughtful. The seating is quite compact and dark, which does dim the experience. The tables could also be a little cleaner. The prices and portions are decent, considering the area. If you’re around west London, especially Heathrow or Cranford or Hounslow ends, you absolutely have to go here for grilled chops and wings. I’ll certainly be returning. 9/10.”

Amid the rush, I found an oasis of calm, elegant design, and healthy food. The variety of breakfasts, snacks, and drinks was beautifully presented, radiating freshness and well-being. The service was impeccable, and the modern, minimalist decor completed an experience that exceeded all expectations. One detail I found especially chic was the invitation to take a paper bag to store leftovers and deposit them in their containers, with no extra charge. A simple gesture, yet full of intention: practical, eco-friendly, and stylish. Without a doubt, it’s the most pleasant food franchise I’ve ever enjoyed while traveling.”

“Very tasty! I didn’t expect to find a real restaurant in an airport terminal. Normally you’ll find some overpriced restaurants more for a snack, but this one offered a full high quality meal. Definitely worth the price and considering it”

“Great Greggs in-between T5 and T4, ideal place to grab some food or coffee for cheap after picking someone up or dropping someone off, also this pump is a great place to wait for passenger arrivals at T4 so you don't have to pay exorbitant costs for parking at the terminal . Please note they make food in small batches so they may not always have your selections.”

He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect.
