Chips delicious as were the sausage sandwiches. Super friendly staff. Great value too. Cash only but there are plenty of atms around. Fed up with the same old overpriced coffee chain food? A trip here is perfect”

“Vee old pub. Very local, separate room for seating, huge open log fire, dogs welcome. Bootiful strong cask ale. Landlord was kept on his feet. Honest locals house. NO music, NO gambling machines-bliss. Christmas eve, 2023...spot on”

“Hired the place out for my 40th party last weekend and had a blast. I paid extra for a late license which takes music up to about 12, but means you don’t have to exit until around 1 - highly recommend for a bit of flexibility. Price is really reasonable for hire, but also the drinks & food are too. The food was fab, I even brought home some for the next day and it was super tasty. Everyone who attended had a fab time and the staff there on the evening couldn’t do enough to make it a special night! I know family who are local will look to use the venue again.”

“We found this amazing little place on our way home. The staff are amazing. So polite so helpful and super warmly, they make you feel like you’ve been there many many times! The food is out of this world I always say there’s always an aspect of a meal that can let you down. But this place was amazing at every point the food was unreal. “I went in today for afternoon tea (cakes and drinks). There were four generations in our party of 8 and we all loved what we asked for. The food is excellent, and the service is super (efficient, speedy and done with a smile on everyone's face). I'm not local to this place (I live up in South Manchester) but have family down this way and will look forward to our next visit here.”

“Visited on a Saturday evening for a couple of drinks. The atmosphere was lovely, a few locals at the bar, ambient music, which all reminded us of the Bricklayers we know. New manager is doing a great job, and we will definitely be back for a Sunday roast soon.”

“Rising Sun - Google For a long time this hidden gem was a secret for those on the know. It is difficult to get to and unfindable on TA. It used to be busy when Peter ran it but since he passed away his wife, Michelle, and daughter, Rachel, manage it as a quaint old skool country pub with real ales and ice cream with packaged bar snacks available too. Since Michelle's cohort was affected by the rise in retirement age she is due for her pension in 2026. Until then she has to make ends meet and is finding it hard in this economic climate with fewer patrons. This pub is well worth making the effort to visit. Just come for the atmosphere inside, garden outside and the occasional folk gigs. It keeps on disappearing on TA despite my reviewing it a few times before! It also gets confused with other (much more chic, expensive and flashy) pubs locally and I have reported the misplaced photos. Just go with your loved ones or friends. You will not be disappointed. Cycle or drive there. The boxed Westerham Ales are good though so mind the units. Look out for the rare chicken and cow breeds too!”

“Had a Sunday lunch here a couple of weeks back. I had to have the all meats Sunday roast despite it being a hit summers day! It was fantastic. Meats were plenty full as were the roast potatoes which were cooked perfectly. Excellent value for money to. Drinks reasonably priced and a great selection. Definitely worth a visit.”

“I didn't eat so I can't comment on the food, I was however welcomed by a charming young lady called Kat, she didn't stop cleaning, unless she was serving someone, friendly and upbeat with everyone, totally a 10/10 staff member”

“I went to aldi sevenoaks with my mum this evening There today we did some food shopping we bought some oat milk that I have with my cups of tea in the mornings which is very useful and helpful We got lots of food at aldi sevenoaks this evening plenty to last us a very long time It was so lovely coming back to aldi sevenoaks with my mum today It's so lovely to have bakery inside of aldi sevenoaks so people can buy some bread and other lovely foods from the aldi bakery sevenoaks The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very lovely friendly I had another very lovely experience there today at aldi sevenoaks with my mum I really enjoyed shopping in aldi sevenoaks over the past few years They always have a very selection of very lovely foods This place gets another 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around”

“One of the nicest and lovely costa coffee I have been to I went to costa coffee borough green with my mum today There today I had a bake roll tart and I really enjoyed it was one of best bake roll tart I have ever had in the whole wide world To drink I had a fanta and it was very lovely and cold The staff that work there are very kind and very lovely friendly polite The service there is very good and amazing and lovely and wonderful You have such lovely wonderful music playing today at costa coffee borough green I had such a lovely first time experience today at costa coffee borough green This place gets it's first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around Hopefully it gets your star rating up to 4 point 4 at some point this week When I next come back to costa coffee borough green I give you a second google review I promise to do a second one when I next go to borough green”

“Hidden Gem! So pleased my colleague introduced me to this lovely little coffee shop today! It’s such a cute place with plenty of seating both inside and out. The coffee tastes amazing and is really well made. The lady serving us was very friendly, and the prices are really reasonable too. The food looked delicious, so I’m already looking forward to trying something next time!”

“Absolutely gorgeous 1940s cafe manned by volunteers who also run the aircraft museum. Kind, curious and animal-loving people who serve up a mean toastie and bargain cuppas with free refills. We stopped by twice over the weekend and look forward to returning!”

“My eldest daughter who is now 6 used to go to this pre-school. The staff here are amazing they go up and beyond for the children here, they always update the online journal daily where I was able to access it from home and see what my daughter has been doing for the day. They helped with toilet training encouraged her communication and boosted her confidence. The start to her educational chapter has been a breeze knowing she had such a great start here at St Edith’s pre-school.”

The food is decent too, with tasty sandwiches and sweet treats. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality is usually good. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Most stores have a nice vibe and free Wi-Fi, which is great if you want to work or chill. ⭐ Rating: 8/10 – A solid place for good coffee”

“Regular visitor to this store as i live only 5 minutes away from it, unfortunately the last year or so the shelfs need to be more heavily stocked, many times there out of stock of everyday items.”
