I had a different company out before to fix my boiler- they made no official diagnosis, just started pushing for complete boiler replacement after 10 minutes of aimlessly poking around. “Today I used this company for the first time to have an issue fixed on my BMWX5 even though my car is 17 years old they took it on board examined it figured it out and replaced the faulty part. They gotme back on the road in no time. This company is less than a mile away from Bmw themselves But I wouldn’t hesitate to use them instead of Going to the Bmw dealers, they’re cheaper here and by the looks of things better equipped and best of all friendly. “I was experiencing many problems with my car where it just cut out on me for no reason. The RAC would come out and manage to jump start my car to get it back working however never diagnosed the problem. after 2 weeks I got fed up with my car just cutting out when it wanted to so I took it to Rui who managed to get my car in the next day to take a look. By lunch time he found and rectified the problem. Rui was trustworthy, friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you for your help Rui! 4 weeks later and my car is doing great! Thank you :)”

“Security guard went over his work remit by going out of his way to help me,excellent customer support from him. A manager I didn't take her name but she too gave me fabulous customer support. The only issue I had at the till I was told my Nectar card was blocked so I have to call Sainsbury's to fix it & add 100 points from shopping apparently I've got to do within 30 days. All this means I won't call,not convenient”
