“Not sure how there so many bad reviews but every experience here been great, customer service so friendly and helpful ,no issues with items and I always get orders sent to store to pick up and all been fine. Had to order for delivery in store in the store and that was fine. Never had an issue at all so don't be put off by the reviews. I even recall one time they had a pair of trainers I wanted in my size but one was off colour and they even tried to discount me them but I'm really picky and didn't want them and they was fine with it. Genuinely not been an issue with this store.”

“Bought a Junior jones cosy toes a month ago at a fraction of the price on line and they now have the 3 different styles of Junior jones prams/pushchairs and matching changing bags.The staff are friendly and very helpful and I can't wait to go get my new pram and bag. “Had 2 return journey's over the last two days and can honestly say I have had an excellent service. Booking was easy and quick over the phone with upbeat friendly operators. The text messaging gave me booking confirmation, driver on route with map and update, drivers photo and name. All four cars were on time, drivers friendly and nice clean cars. No faults in my opinion. I will definitely use A1 again.”

“Bluebell Ward B at Queens hospital have very caring, patient and courteous nursing staff. I have no idea how they do it. They’re busy nursing yet constantly plagued with requests from elderly patients for tea/water/food (despite these things being in front of patients). One patient had them running round like servants/staff in a 5 star hotel yet they are still pleasant and patient with her - amazing!”
