“I started my braces treatment at OrthoSmile in August 2023 and just got them off—and I’m honestly so happy with the results! My orthodontist, Dr. Saman, was amazing throughout. Every visit was smooth, professional, and you could really tell how experienced and dedicated he is. I had regular check-ups every 6–8 weeks, and everything was explained clearly at each stage. A huge shoutout to Ayaan at reception—she was always so lovely, helpful, and made booking appointments a breeze. Her friendly attitude made every visit that much nicer! I paid monthly through the interest-free plan, which made things really manageable. Now my teeth are perfectly straight, I’ve got my permanent retainers fitted at the back, and I’ll be wearing the removable ones at night. The whole team at OrthoSmile made the journey so easy and positive. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about getting braces!”

“The food was delicious and flavourful. Had the chilli chicken, chicken Manchurian, chilli garlic chicken noodles and schezuan fried rice. The chicken was soft and reminded me of the indo-Chinese food I had in India! The chilli garlic noodles were the best! If you have a craving for indo-Chinese food, I’d pick this without a doubt! Also forgot to add that the portions were big! Love it!”

“A truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. We love Pakistani cuisine, and this meal was absolutely delicious, real finger-licking goodness. It has an open kitchen and the meals were prepared freshly prepared to order! The staff were extremely friendly and even guided us on what to order so we could enjoy a great experience while saving money. We chose the mixed grill, but the portions were far more generous than we expected! We ate to our hearts’ content and still had plenty left over, for which the staff kindly provided containers to take home. The mint soda was also amazing. We were offered complimentary green tea, served with both jaggery and sugar, such a memorable touch. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while travelling from Heathrow Airport back to our home in Wales, and we’re so glad we did. We’ll definitely be visiting again, it’s truly worth the long drive!”

“I did my shopping last night (10th September around 9:20 pm) and was assisted by a lady at the self-service kiosk. She was wearing glasses and had a brown tone, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We asked her to replace our old Iceland bag with a new one, and she assisted us quickly and kindly. Really impressed with the support and professionalism — thank you”

From fresh curry leaves, jackfruit, banana chips, Kerala-style pickles, to different types of rice and masalas, everything you would expect to find in a local store back in Kerala is right here under one roof. What stood out the most to me was the homely atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I felt a sense of familiarity and warmth. The staff were friendly and the whole place gave off that welcoming, local-store vibe that reminded me of home. I used to live in Warwick, where it’s really hard to find authentic South Indian groceries, especially Kerala-specific items. Coming here felt like a breath of fresh air. I didn’t have to compromise or substitute ingredients—I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving a true Kerala shopping experience in the UK. “Top food and service as always! It's been our favourite Pakistani food spot for over 6 years. Dishes I've tried and highly recommend: - Chicken Tikka Masala - Butter Chicken - Chicken Tikka on Pratha - Paneer Tikka Masala - Chicken Tikka Biryani - Vegetable Biryani - Lamb Madras Their chilli sauce is amazing too! I always make sure to get a pot when I'm eating here, especially since I've not found anywhere else with the same flavour. Their fresh naan is a must too!”

“I go to Quality Foods quite often for groceries; it's my go-to for South Asian spices and fresh produce. Some of the fruits and vegetables are excellent and reasonably priced. However, I have noticed cleanliness could be better, especially later in the evening. Staff are mostly polite, but occasionally seem overwhelmed. The store’s variety is wonderful though — hard to beat for specialty items. I keep returning because it’s quite convenient too.”

“It was so heartbreaking to meet back to an islamic school right at the opposite corner close by from this hotel, 9 years after and discover that it is no more an Arabic school instead the students and Muslim teachers had relocated to a different far place, 3 years after.”

“A good choice to order take away from Kokoro. 1 portion (regular size or large size of bowl) can be filled with 2 different dishes/proteins such as chicken or beef or salmon or pork, etc, and also 1 side dish (you can choose between rice or noodle). With reasonable price, and good portion. They also sell udon, sushi, a wide variety of drinks, etc. Toilets for customers are not available.”

“Your man at the reception is absolutely nice, gentle and helpful. I had several inconveniences prior to my check in and because I couldn't communicate with the hotel on time to advise about my delay my reservation was cancelled. But your man managed to check me in and he also allowed me to stay an hour longer. My stay was a bit chaotic but the service I had from the hotel was absolutely fab. Really helpful receptionist, really nice with people and for the way I was treated I would certainly come back and I will certainly recommend to people I know. For a night stay it deffo did the job. Comfy bed, everything clean and good staff. I can only thank and share my appreciation.”
