“I have been a patient at Warren Medical practice for years. There has been a genuine attempt over the last year or so to make improvements in the way the practice is managed. There is more communication with patients in terms of follow up calls and reminders of appointments. I have only seen two GPs; Dr Khider and Dr Vani at the surgery. Both have always been professional, take time to listen and always explain things clearly when you have questions.”

“The address has been updated and the nurse clinic is inside the super drug store. If you get off at Shepherd Bush Station , it should be 2 to 4 mins walk and if you get off at white city tube station then a bus ride and it should take a little less than 10 mins. “I have a monthly subscription for 10 boxes and I am absolutely over the moon at the quality and taste of the coffee and the amazing machine I got for only £1 I recently had an issue that had nothing to do with Lavazza but the couriers they used and I am blown away by the amazing service I have recieved from Ryan on the Customer Care Team who has dealt with the problem to a very high standard. I can honestly recommend Lavazza Eco Pod coffees because they are fully recyclable, the coffee is delicious and the customer service 2nd to none. Give the subscription a try and I know you won't be disappointed and once again many thanks to Ryan for providing customer service to the highest standards.”

“I'm shocked to see these reviews! We live very close to this shop and we always go there. Every week, at least once or twice. It's a family business and they are great to my kids, and very friendly with my whole family. They know us so well, they know exactly what we're going to buy and have it ready for us. If I could give more stars, I would give them more. It's a pity they no longer do Yodel, as it was very convenient for me. However, I completely get what they stop it - the shop is not very big and packages were taking a lot of space. On the other hand, I have to say that I've witnessed a lot of customers being extremely rude and racist towards them and they have never raised their voices. They always remain polite, but it's understandable that they have to put their foot down sometimes! Guys, you cannot treat people badly and expect to bend backwards over you.”

“I've just had my holiday jabs here. The check- in process is straight forward and quick. As my local surgery, I find that I'm actually able to see them face to face within 10 days of making an appointment. There can be a wait to see staff, even when you arrive on time. However, this no different from elsewhere. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient.”

“Amazing food and service. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and we tried the bar restaurant for dinner. The lamb curry was one of the best I have had. My daughter loved her burger which looked great too. Definitely recommend finding.. not sure what the other people reviewing were looking for but you just have to come into the hotel and ask for the restaurant”

“I reasons to believe that the previous reviews were made by the local competition which have bankrupted due to the restaurants success. If you have to book 2 weeks in advance to get a table for a Friday or Saturday, then obviously the restaurant is a success. The food is simply amazing and the atmosphere is well & truly friendly.
